Laura said "so my mother was raped because of you, you promised her a fairy tale, only to ruin her and break her heart like Taylor."
Laura's father said "I can take it, it's my fault like I knew what Taylor was going to do that night, he was my best friend I didn't know he was capable of that."
Laura said "Taylor put her through hell and you also did that."
Laura's father said "I know I was horrible to your mother and you, I promise I will do better."
Laura said "unbelievable, do you see her here she is dead not coming back, too late for that and you always say that nothing changes."
It is so easy to blame someone than deal with the truth, she knew she was wrong, that her father is not to be blamed, she needed someone she can take her frustration to, her father was there just standing there, he was going to take all of it. She was in denial didn't want to accept the truth. She though she can carry on like she did in the past. Everything was too much now.
*The Smith family*
Jakes's father said "I'm worried about you, it's now weeks you been like this."
Jakes said "I am fine, just wish my mother was here."
Jakes's father said "I miss her too, is this about a girl, I thought you stop parting you were ready to grow up."
Jakes said "Laura happened I see her at college every day, I worry about her I like her maybe too much."
Jakes's father said "then fix it, you like her fight for her."
Jakes said "not that simple."
Jakes's father said "son, you want her go get her just simple as that."
***college ***
Everyone can see she is not well, her passing out at school and just drinking water, she lost weight, she was now so skinny.
Eric said "this weeks have been hectic so much work, we hardly spent time or see each other, you are like my sister I hope you do know that."
Laura said "I definitely know that."
Eric said "you don't look good."
Laura said "Thank you Eric and thanks to your father."
Eric said "what are you talking about, what did my father do?"
Laura said "just forget it."
The lecture walked in and everyone sat down
The lesson was over
Jakes said "Hi, Ms Jolie you look like her now eat a burger."
Laura said "I will take that as a compliment she is beautiful and full of wisdom"
Jakes said "I need you in my life."
Laura said "To do what, Jakes I don't have time for this."
Jakes said "just listen to me, I think you know what I mean when I say I need you, I like you I want to be with you. So what do you say Laura Black?"
Laura said "I think I don't need a man in my life besides I have my own problems to deal with, I am skinny like crazy now I need burgers not a man that's what you said."
Jakes said "I get you don't trust men, I promise I won't hurt you and will figure out this together as for your weight I was kidding you're perfect."
Laura said "I like you but it won't work."
Jakes said "There's hope you said you like me, and we will work through your daddy issues."
Laura said "what did you say to me jakes?"
Jakes said "you don't trust men, he must be the reason right."
Weeks of trying to forget everything now being reminded by Jakes daddy issues.
She passed out again.
Emily said "Here goes Laura Black AkA Ms Jolie she just likes being a drama queen."
Becky said "I think she is sick, she lost weight looks not well, poor Jakes."
Emily said "what? Really poor jakes."
Becky said "we all know Jakes likes her not sure Jakes is her type, she is serious and smart."
Emily said "you should be her friend then, since you like her that much."
Becky said "what did I do now?"
