The smell of Lavender mixed with mint made Gabi irritated. This was Kasper's signature smell. She lifted her head and looked at the man whom she had not seen for six months. He just walked into her office, which also signaled the weird smell.
"Young Miss!" It was none other than her assistant, Kasper. He gave her a cordial smile. However, she wasn't really staring at his face. Instead, she was staring at the huge file of paper in his hand.
She instructed him to avoid electronic trails as much as possible so, he must have done everything by hand and on paper. She blinked, then blinked again.
No matter how much she blinked, the papers were still there.
"What are those?" she asked.
"Paperwork. The one that you needed to sign."
"Really?"
"You've been gone for six months. Obviously, you need to do a lot of things." Kasper stared at her before flashing her a smile.
