Alby smiles at me, he is the most excited about this ritual. Almost like he knows what is to come with this. It is ten o'clock in the night, two hours to go and I am freaking the fuck out. 

''There is nothing to it. you seem very tense,'' Alby points out. Darrien chuckles and I can't help but think he is a little too relaxed. I have been thinking of everything that we would need to do once this happens. Thinking of all the things I would have to do; everyone keeps saying my inner wolf would know what to do. That I would just be passing on the baton to him. 

We are to spend the night in the wally cave. 

''I am fine. I just need a reminder of how this will work.''

With the smile still on his face, he places his hand on my shoulder reassuringly ''You don't have to worry about anything. Nature will take its course. Just be with your mate.''
