Capítulo 353: Discovery

"It's been several weeks since my students were murdered, but there may be some evidence that hasn't been found." Auria let out a deep breath, leading us to the first murder site. "The student witness said that the two students were sneaking out for a make-out session in the forest when they were attacked."

My head snapped up. "Did she see who or what attacked them?"

Auria shook her head. "No, she didn't. She was very shaken up when she found out that her friend and her friend's boyfriend were murdered. That's when she told me everything she knew. Then later, Gillespie told me what she saw."

I nodded, holding Dakota's hand as we walked. When we got to the site, there were still remnants of spider webs in the trees and on the ground. "Auria, do you think it may have been a regular spider?"

She shook her head. "No. Gillespie saw a hybrid: Half female, half spider. It was a shifter of some kind."
