Ava was atop the mansion's roof. She leaned her back on the chimney and sighed as she closed her eyes, calming herself down this late evening. 

She wore a loose shirt and dolphin shorts. Even though the night was cool, it didn't bother her much—rather, she enjoyed the coolness of the night, the breeze softly kissing her skin. 

She slowly opened her eyes to see the countless twinkling stars in the sky. The moon was full and it shone at its brightest, exhibiting its mystical beauty. 

The demoness raised her left knee up and embraced it as her chin rested on it as well. Her eyes turned sadder when she recalled what had happened to Devin earlier. Her eyebrows connected upon remembering the event when Shadow had appeared as well.
