Capítulo 7: Ch.7 The Village
When I woke up, the first thing I saw was a wooden roof.
'That means the villager took me to their house.'
I checked my clothes which isn't the one I was wearing yesterday and when I slightly took off my shirt, so I can see my abdomen, I have bandages all over my abdomen and some trace of blood on it. I look for my gears and my wakizashi, there at the cupboard next to the bed where I've spent the night. I let out a sigh and continue to lay down since this is a rare moment for me to relax.

I saw the door is being open and a middle-aged lady is looking at me while being shocked. Then she ran toward the outside and shouted.
"Oi! The kid has awakened!"
Then I heard loud footsteps from outside the house and the footsteps seem to be going into the room where I was resting at. I was confused about what was happening so I just waited for it, then the door is slammed open and people started to barge into the room. The middle-aged lady shouted again
"Alright, you guys! Wait outside! I'll explain to the kid."
Then people started to go outside and wait, the middle age lady came to me and asked.
"Kid, what's your name?"
"My name is Alex, Alex Walsh. Why am I here?"
"First up, I'll introduce myself first. My name is Tracy Synder and this is our house."
" 'Our house'?" I said while searching for a person that included in "our"
"That's right our house, over there is my husband." she said while pointing to the door.
The door opened up and I saw a middle man, he has brown hair and black eyes. he has a bulky body and somewhat 190 cm tall. he has quite some charm. Then I observe the middle-aged woman, she has dark brown hair that reaches her shoulder and brown eyes. she is 170 cm and that's fairly high for a woman. she's a damn beauty even in her middle age.
"Oh hello kid, I am Jack Synder nice to meet you." he said while smiling slightly
"Nice to meet you too sir! My name is Alex Walsh." I said
"Right I'll continue with my question, why are you at the forest with blood all over your body and goblin corpses around you?" She said vigilantly
"Let's hear from the beginning okay? 5 days ago I move to a cave and live there. I'm an orphan and I have the resolution to be stronger, by doing to be stronger I exercise and I need experience in battle. So I started to scout the forest and found that there's a goblin settlement, I thought I need to keep a track of them since I want to become stronger and I need to become stronger------"
then I explain what I've been doing like 3 days hunting Goblins, the leader of the settlement gathering the fighters, and so on.
"They stopped at the location where you found me, I've become suspicious of what are they going to do. And so I scouted ahead and found this village, and I head back then.... you know the rest of the story." I explained
After I explained there's some kind of disturbing quiet vibe lingering at the room.
"Kid how old are you?" Said Tracy while being amused by the story
"12.... wait why are you seeing me with those eyes?" I said while making a wry smile
"YOU'RE ONLY 12 YEARS OLD, WHAT THE F*CK ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR CHILDHOOD? YOU SUPPOSE TO BE HAVING FUN, MAKING FRIENDS NOT KILLING GOBLINS!!!" Tracy shouted while standing up
"Tracy calm down, we can talk calmly about this." Jack who is her husband said while calming her down.
After a couple seconds, she finally calmed down and sat again.
"Sorry Alex for having me shouting at you." she said
"It's okay." I said while using my calm voice
"So Alex why are you so focus at becoming stronger? it's okay if you don't want to talk about it." said Jack
"Hm... I just want to be stronger to protect my loved one I think. but since I don't have one now I need to prepare first right?" I said
"Well you're right but can I ask about why are you an orphan?" He said while Tracy is also curious about me
"Let's just say that my parents are at a faraway place." I said with honesty
There it is again a sad quiet vibe
"I'm sorry Alex" Both of them said
"Don't be, just forget about it." I said while making this sad atmosphere to disappear
"Ok then, right I've cooked some food for you. let's eat right now" Tracy said while helping me to stand up.
"Wait a moment, I'll heal these wounds first."I said while saying "Full Heal"
Then I felt that my body wasn't hurting anymore then I got out of the bed while waiting for them.
"Let's go then."
"Wait Alex, you can use heal spells?" said Tracy
"Yes Miss Tracy, I can." I said
"Don't ever EVER use that spell in public or to the person you don't trust! Use that spell openly after you're stronger!" Said jack while gripping my shoulder with a serious face
"Yes I will." I said while making a confused face
"You should know that healing spell isn't supposed to be that fast and only speak only 2 words. If you're exposed to public people will try to capture you and makes you to a money-making machine." Jack said as he's looking at my eyes seriously
"Yes sir, I understand." I said while making a serious face
"Good then let's go eat." He said as he's leading me to the dining table. Tracy brought the foods to the table, then I saw a simple meal but it's already much for me since I always ate cooked meat of a boar from the day I started my new life until now. After we eat, I asked
"Um... sir what do I call you with?"
"Call me by my name then." Jack said
"But... it's impolite for a kid to call a middle-aged man by his name." I said
"It's alright Alex, I don't mind." He said while making eye contact with his wife
"Yeah kid, just call us by our name." she said while nodding
"Ok then, Jack and Tracy do you mind telling me about the villages?" I said curiously
"Sure Jack will tell you about the villages." Tracy said while looking at her husband then he took the plates and goes to the kitchen to wash them.
"Right, so the village's name is Grass village since we the inhabitants don't want any complicated names. Our main source of money is the farm, but at the same time, we need to fend off the animal and monsters to guard our village. Our main concern about the village is the inhabitants' safety." Jack explained
Then I asked Utaha about this problem and I need people also for the 'Soul world', I mean they are just a villager, no Gods could update their status and stuff might as well take them.
'Utaha are you hearing this?'
<Of course, Alex, I'm hearing this. Do you want to transport this village to your 'Soul world'?>
'Well yeah, but can you like read inside of their head in order to know if they have malicious intent over the 'Soul world' ?'
<I can Alex but what do you want to do with them, the one who has malicious intent?>
'Just prison them so I can use them for something later.'
<Ok, then Alex>
"Jack do you want to be safe from these monsters?" I said seriously
"Of course I want to be safe, I want to live happily with my wife and future children!" Jack said with a low tone
"Then do you trust me that I can make that wish come true?" I said while looking at his eyes to see if he's going to look away or not
"Alex... let me talk about this with my wife first." then he stood up and walked toward the kitchen
"Oh, Jack please don't tell this to anyone else." I said with low tone
"Ok Alex." as he continued to walk again towards the kitchen.
As they talk about it, I stood up then went to the previous room where I stayed the night and waited for their decision.
