He held Liam's shoulders. His golden eyes bore into her.

Liam patted his cheeks. These golden eyes looked warm.

She nodded. "Don't worry, I wouldn't let myself suffer. Go on. I can handle this."

Rein still looked at her pleadingly to not overlook this matter. She just smiled and promised him that she won't do something reckless.

Finally, the man reluctantly let her go after leaving so many reminders.

Liam watched as Rein went back in. She then looked at her arm. Half of the bandage was soaked with her blood.

She frowned. Her wound doesn't hurt. But the sight of this was truly disgusting.
