Within the inner city of the Rong Main House was a large house with red walls. An old man quietly sat in the study with a very thick book in his hands. He was reading the book with a constant frown on his face. It was as if the contents of the book made him deeply troubled.
Suddenly, there was an anxious knocking on the door. The knocking was so hurried that it seemed like it might break the door down.
The old man frowned and coldly called out, "Who is it? Come in."
"Yes, Master."
The door opened. An even older and haggardly looking man quickly walked in. Even though he was quite advanced in age, he still walked with energetic steps and didn't look like he was aging at all.
When he saw who it was, the old man sitting quietly in the study laughed and said, "Cai, why were you all frantic and anxious? Ha-ha, I don't think I've seen you so panicky in more than 10 years now."
The old man entering the room was a servant who had taken care of him since he was a child. They were officially master and servant, but they were as close as real brothers.
Cai walked quickly to the old man and said, "Master, I heard news about Young Master Yang today."
"Young Master Yang?" The old man froze for a while before asking, "Who's Young Master Yang?"
Cai's jaw trembled a little before he finally said, "The one you sent away to the rural farm. Your third son who hasn't stepped into the house for the past 20 years."
The old man's face immediately fell. He quietly scoffed. "You could just say number three. Tsk, what Young Master Yang? I sent him to the rural farm back then because I wanted him to reflect on himself, become a better person, continue working hard, and train himself up. But he ended up giving up on himself. He didn't just fail at gathering and refining true Qi, but he also didn't even step back into this house." The old man got up. His expression was angry. "Why did you mention this rebellious child? Did he get into trouble?"
Cai hesitated for a while before speaking, "Young Master Yang has a son. He was supposed to be bringing him around the marketplace, but…"
The old man's expression changed slightly as he asked in a low voice, "What happened?"
"Young Master Yang and his son ended up in a fight with Rong Yitie and his son, and it seems like it got very serious."
The old man's eyelid twitched. He angrily said, "That Rong Yitie! Never mind that you've been throwing your weight about in the clan, but you've actually offended my family! Humph, I won't let you off!" He turned and asked, "What happened to number three?"
Cai quickly said, "Young Master Yang is alright. I heard that on the contrary, Rong Yitie and his son suffered a loss instead."
"Oh?" The old man's eyes looked a little doubtful. He scoffed quietly and said, "Forget it. Since he didn't suffer any loss, we don't have to bother about him."
Cai took a step forward and gently said, "Master, Young Master Yang is your son. Even though you've been angry with one another for the past 20 years and didn't see each other, you're still family. You can't cut this relationship off." He paused for a while and said, "I think you'd better ask him to come back."
The old man sighed quietly and said, "Cai, if he was willing to come back, he would have come back long ago. Why would I have to wait until now?"
Cai shook his head violently and said, "Master, you don't know about this, but Young Master Yang's son is amazing. He has turned out to be a Spirit Gatherer, and he defeated Rong Yitie and Rong Kaixin all by himself."
"What? A Spirit Gatherer…" The old man's eyes immediately lit up. "Did you make a mistake?"
"I definitely did not make a mistake." Cai patted his chest and solemnly swore, "I will use my own life as a guarantee that I did not make a mistake."
"A Spirit Gatherer…" The old man couldn't remain seated anymore. He started walking around the room. His eyes brightly shone. After some time, he finally stopped walking and asked, "Where are they now?"
"Rong Jieming has arranged for them to stay at his place." There was a worried look on Cai's face. "Master, we have to act quickly. If we don't make contact with Young Master Yang now, your relationship with him will become more and more distant."
The old man hummed for a while before saying, "Humph, Rong Jieming is an opportunist with good foresight. Cai, get in touch with Yiyang and tell him to come and see me."
"Yes, Master." Cai bowed deeply and responded, "I will do that first thing tomorrow."

The morning sun shone on the edge of the bed. Rong Kaixuan opened his eyes and deeply stretched.
In his memory, it had been a long time since he had a chance to sleep in. In the past, even if he wanted to laze off, his father would come in with a wooden board and whack him awake. After he had woken up early for the past 10 odd years without fail, he had gotten used to doing that every day. He even felt if he wanted to sleep in.
After he fell asleep the night before, he slept until the sun had risen high in the sky.
Too many things happened the day before. He was both physically and mentally drained by the time he went to bed.
After he finished reading the manual on the Art of Sealing at the elder's place, he had gone to the restaurant with his father. Rong Jieming and Rong Yide had both heard about what happened in the marketplace, so they canceled the dinner and let the two of them stay at Rong Jieming's house.
Perhaps he was all worn out, or perhaps it was the incredible effect of the pill that the elder had given to him, so he ended up sleeping in so late.
After resting the whole night, Rong Kaixuan was full of energy and glowing from within when he woke up.
The thing that made him feel pleasantly surprised was that the energy in between his eyebrows he had used up the day before was completely restored.
Both the mysterious power within the little round ball and the Spirit Power that had been absorbed into the area between his eyebrows, which had become his own, had both gone back to their peak condition.
If he had to fight Rong Yitie and his son again at this time, he wouldn't retreat or feel afraid.
He listened carefully to find that it was completely silent outside the door.
People were whispering in the distance, but they tried to keep their voices low so that he and his father could have a good rest.
Rong Kaixuan knew that this must have been Rong Jieming's special arrangement for them.
He was very grateful. Even though Rong Jieming tended to be one who sided with the more powerful person and knew that he and his father had offended Rong Yitie the day before, Rong Jieming still let them stay at his place for the night.
Rong Kaixuan and his father were already very grateful that he did that.
He took a deep breath of the afternoon air around him and slowly put his emotions away.
After the fight the day before, he understood one thing very clearly. One's standing in the family depended a lot on one's capabilities.
Rong Kaixuan and his father had nobody to depend on. They looked kindly and easy to bully, so Rong Yitie had taken advantage of them and pushed them into a corner, as well as insisted on taking that manual from him without fearing any consequences.
If he had the capability to defeat Rong Yitie or was someone with great repute, there was no way Rong Yitie would have dared to challenge him.
Rong Kaixuan made a decision deep within his heart.
He was going to cultivate as a spiritualist and stand at the highest position of the clan. He was not going to let what happened the day before happen again.
He closed his eyes slightly. Two sets of Spirit Waves immediately appeared in his mind.
One set of Spirit Waves was the Art of Spirit Gathering.
As long as he followed those Spirit Waves accordingly, he would be able to evoke a Spirit Body.
Of course, how powerful or how large this Spirit Body was depended a lot on the mysterious power within the little round ball.
The other set of Spirit Waves was the Art of Sealing that he just learned the day before.
The secret method hidden in this set of Spirit Waves was a technique that all Spirit Gatherers had to grasp.
Spirit Gatherers were the rarest type of spiritualists. They could cast spells. Their Spirit Power had a special characteristic of being able to absorb huge amounts of Spirit Power of the sky and earth, and they could use it to evoke a Spirit Body.
Unfortunately, these evoked Spirit Bodies did not last forever.
In most cases, the Spirit Bodies continued to consume their energy during a battle. Once they finished consuming all the energy they came with, they eventually disappeared. Even without engaging in a fight, the Spirit Body started to disappear after about an hour or so.
It was an irreversible problem. No matter how powerful a spiritualist was, there was no way he could stop this from happening unless he evoked a Special Spirit Body.
There was another way to keep the evoked Spirit Body from disappearing.
That was through the Art of Sealing.
After applying the Art of Sealing, one could successfully seal a Spirit Body within a talisman.
That was the purpose of a Sealing Talisman. If one used it in a crisis, it could turn the tables on the enemy and help one win.
As for how powerful a Spirit Body Fighter was able to be, Rong Kaixuan had witnessed it for himself the day before.
Even an Advanced Stage Martial Artist like Rong Yitie wasn't able to deal with a Spirit Body Fighter.
Thus, Spirit Body Fighters were definitely a good thing.
But the amount of power within the little round ball in between his eyebrows could only evoke a maximum of three Spirit Body Fighters. Besides, if he only used one-third of the power inside the little ball, the Spirit Body Fighter evoked might not have been as fearsome as the one he evoked the day before.
If he had thousands of talismans that had Spirit Body Fighters sealed within, he could do whatever he wanted in the family.
He started thinking that if a thousand Spirit Body Fighters surrounded one person and attacked, that would be a really grand sight.
Even if he ran into a Martial Artist Gifted Fighter, his enemy would have no choice but to run for it.
With this thought in mind, he immediately became motivated.
He pulled a talisman paper out from his clothes. after he had finished reading the manual on the Art of Sealing, Rong Jiexuan had given him this talisman paper as a gift. This item was enough for him to try sealing a Spirit Body. Unfortunately, these talisman papers were very valuable, so Rong Jiexuan only gave him one piece.
He gathered his consciousness together. The two sets of Spirit Waves appeared once more. He looked through them carefully one more time.
After that, he flicked a finger. A spark instantly shot out several feet in front of him.
It was a spark for gathering spirits.
The Spirit Power of the sky and earth surrounding this spark instantly started moving violently.
In just a moment, the spark amassed a huge amount of force from nature. These forces eventually gathered to form a human-shaped Spirit Body.
Rong Kaixuan had a pleased smile on his face. He had fully grasped the Art of Spirit Gathering already.
He looked at the Spirit Body Fighter and started concentrating again. He took his only piece of talisman paper and waved it gently in the air.
A bright light shot out from his eyes as he gave a low shout, "Seal…"
