Capítulo 6: Chapter 5~A whole new world
It was early in the morning!
Adonis yawned as he woke up. He saw Vanilla and Drago still sleeping soundly. He decided to let them sleep in.
He quickly got ready and was about to go to the library when he saw that Vanilla and Drago was awake.
"Adonis where are you going?"asked Vanilla while yawning
"I'm going to library, I figured out that you guys wouldn't want to study with me, now would you?"asked Adonis
"Adonis, I don't mind!"said Drago
"Yeah we don't mind, so give us some time, we will quickly dress up and come with you."said Vanilla
Vanilla and Drago both entered the bathroom and when they came out, Adonis heart was struck again! Vanilla was wearing a cute pink dress, while Drago was wearing a shirt and pants with a cap. They both looked good.
Adonis and the fairies quickly went to the library.
When they arrived, the tutor was already there waiting for him, the tutor looked neat and organized. He wore a pair of glasses which increased his credibility as a tutor.
"Hello, from now on I'm your tutor, I am Derrick Kinizki, you may call me professor Kinizki. I am in charge of teaching you maths, history and magic."said the tutor
"Hello my name is Adonis Hayes. I will be in your care from now on, I have so many things that I missed out during my past years. So I might not be able to easily learn everything. So please go easy on me."said Adonis with a smile on his face
Adonis sat down and professor Kinizki began to take out some material.
"Today we will be learning Addition and subtraction."said professor Kinizki
He began to give Adonis some worksheets, Adonis found it so easy! He quickly finished it all within 3 minutes.
The tutor looked shocked but he held it in, he started to give him more higher and difficult level of subtraction and addition worksheets, but Adonis did not looked even the slightest bit of troubled by these questions. He quickly finished it.
When professor Kinizki checked the answers it was all correct. Seems like we can move on to next curriculum.
"Since you have no problems with addition and subtraction, we will move on to multiplication, division and fraction."said professor Kinizki
He started explain the basic ideas behind it, then he hand in the worksheets to Adonis. He decided to give Adonis all the worksheets he had for multiplication, division and fraction.
Adonis did not looked trouble at all, he quickly finished it and gave it to professor Kinizki.
Now professor Kinizki began to freak out! What sort of freak is this Adonis Hayes! All of his answers are correct.
Professor Kinizki decided to give him all the more difficult and higher level Question to Adonis, Adonis started to look a bit trouble, but he managed to finish it.
Professor Kinizki checked his answers! It was all correct! He simply is gifted in maths!
Adonis found it easy, because maths had been one of his favourite subject during high school. He would always get near perfect scores for maths.
"From now on, it won't be necessary for me to teach you maths, you seem gifted in this aspect. So now I will be teaching you history and magic, if you have any questions, feel free to ask."said Professor Kinizki
Adonis nod his head to indicate he understands.
"This world was first created by 3 God! Goddess of Life, Goddess of death and God of wealth and prosperity! The Goddess of life created all the life forms, the God of wealth and prosperity let the people enjoy a good life, the goddess of death takes away the life from the living beings.
Most people hate Goddess of death, but she is an essential part of this world, she is in charge of managing the population growth. Without her the world would be too crowded and eventually destroyed. These three God are important to this world.
Other than us, humans, there is beastman, elves, dwarf, demon and mermaids living in this world with us.
After humans, beastman have the second most largest population. We have a life span of 100-150 years at most, but there are exceptions, those with greater magic powers live a longer life! Our great magician is currently 500 years old!
Beastman are naturally stronger than us humans, but we could be considered the smartest among all the race.
Elves and dwarf have a small population, they have good relationship with each other. They prefer to live in mountains. They have a life span of 300-500 years at most. Elves and dwarf are naturally gifted in magic, elves are famous for their archery and pharmaceutical ability. Dwarf are famous for being an excellent weapon smith!
It is hard for the elves and dwarf to reproduce, so they cherish their younger generations.
Mermaids are a mysterious creature, they are told to be living under the vast ocean, no one really knows where do they live? It's a complete mystery, they don't often come in contact with any of us.
Demons, they are the most gifted beings in magic! You should never anger a demon, demons are known to be highly unpredictable! They are very strong! Even the weakest demon can flatten a tall mountain! Demons have the smallest population among all the other race! We have no clue to how long they can live for! They also can't easily reproduce, so they really cherish their younger generations!
There is one more race, but they are not really living with us in this world! They are angels, angels are the messenger of the God. Whenever there is going to be a calamity, they come to warn all of us."explained Professor Kinizki
Adonis found it really fascinating! This world is really different from earth!
"Professor Kinizki, what are the characteristics of these races?"asked Adonis
"Beastman have the characteristics of animals, they are half human and animal.
Elves has sharp pointy ears.
Dwarf are short in nature
Mermaids have a upper body of us humans, but their lower half is a fish tail.
Demons have horns on top of their head
Angels have wings behind their back."replied Professor Kinizki
So what Adonis had in mind was correct! All those creature that did not exist in his previous world, exist in this world!
Suddenly he heard a ring tone coming from Professor Kinizki's pocket!
Professor Kinizki excuse himself and went outside to pick up his call!
