After they have returned back to the Qu residence, the first thing Lin Xiaofei did was to take a clean bath for herself. The dirt and sweat that she got from taking a walk in the mountain while catching a few preys on the process of it had made her clothes a little bit dirty.

She peeled the clothes off her body and submerged herself in the bathtub which was filled with warm water by her maids. 

Washing away the dirt from her body, Lin Xiaofei wondered what her husband could be doing now? The moment he had made sure that she entered their courtyard safe and sound, he parted with her and went out by himself.
