Among the seven regions of the Vorr Zone, Souta arrived at the Ming Region. From his point of view, it was the easiest region to conquer. The sovereign of this zone was Rank 60 in the Sovereign Ranking of the Vanko Land. There were sixty eight regions so each sovereign was ranked from weakest to the strongest.
