Xia Yu got up at exactly eight o'clock in the morning, and while washing up, he checked last night's business data.

Unknowingly, a week was almost over. The restaurant's nightly earnings had shown signs of stabilization in the past couple of days, no longer experiencing explosive growth.

The reason was simple—Xia's shop was too small and had poor reception capacity. From six in the evening to midnight, it could accommodate at most 30 diners at the same time.

If a table of guests ordered six dishes, the serving time would be about half an hour. Including time for eating and chatting, it would take one hour to see them off. In other words, each four-seat table could host five to six parties of guests in one evening.

But in reality, this was just a rough calculation method. Xia's shop had only five four-seat tables; the other spots were scattered single seats, like in a ramen shop, either surrounding the counter or facing the wall.
