To be more precise, what Leo had seen in front of him was no longer a territory that is still appropriate to be called a city, but rather a small desert made out of a variety of colors of sands and with not a single remnant or ruins of the Will City remaining to be seen, unlike the White River City.
Though it only lasted for half a minute for him to understand why it was different from the other cities.
First and foremost, the Will City was the very first territory of the Silver Kingdom to be abandoned during the time that the Kingdom Protection Array was destroyed by the Black organization.
