Capítulo 41: Cat Revenge
Catching up with Machi and Knuckle Leon jumped down in front of them, " I thought you would be longer. "
" Oh, you know me enough by now that I like to get things done quickly. " Leon said as Knuckle handed over Ymir, " I'm glad your, okay but we still need to get going, we still have a few miles ahead of us and only an hour and a half left."
Listen to Knuckle the three resumed their trek, with no more further intrusions or guests they made it to the same cruise ship with little time to spare. Panting Knuckle collapsed, his skin covered in sweat, " I don't understand how you two aren't dying. "
" Eh, It's a technique I'm sure you'll l figure it out someday. " Leon replied holding a hand out, standing up on his own Knuckle smiled, " Damn right I will. " Leon and Knuckle shared a laugh at that as everyone else onboard the ship looked at the two weirdly, " Will you too stop drawing attention. "
Leon stuck his tongue out at Machi, " Come on just lighten up a little just this once, for me. "
Leon's pleas fell on deaf ears as Machi walked away, " I can never get her to smile. " Feeling the fur bundle in his arms start to stir Leon looked down to see Ymir yawning from his nap.
" Look who decided to join us, you almost got us into a lot of trouble. " Ymir hissed as he jumped out of Leon's arm onto the deck his nose sniffing the air, " Go explore just don't be long. "
Ymir paid Leon no more attention as he explored the new environment.
" Congratulations to the 120 of you who made it this far. You will have three days of rest and relaxation before your next, you can each find your room as it is the same as your badge number. Please enjoy your three days. "
" So what should we do now. " Knuckle said looking towards Machi and Leon, " You can do whatever you want I'm going to find my room and take a hot shower. " Leon replied running off into the crowd.
Frowning Knuckle turned around to talk to Machi only to find she had wandered off as well, " I guess I'll also find my room. "
Sighing as he toweled off after his shower Leon changed into a set of clean close for the first time in three weeks.
" That was heavenly, I wonder how Machi and Knuckle are faring, eh we'll meet up at some point. I should see what this ship holds in store. "
Leaving his room Leon opened the door to find Ymir pawing at the door, " Did you have a fun time on your own. " Mewling Ymir paced around Leon's feet rubbing himself against his shins, " Fine let's go, there's bound to be a place that severs food. "
Looking for a map Leon was able to make his way to the dining hall, like every other buffet he had gone to before there was a mix of booths tables, and people waiting in line.
Leon ran towards the buffet line and grabbed himself a plate, in a few minutes he was stockpiled with food. Sitting down at an empty table Leon grabbed a pair of chopsticks as he started to eat, hopping up onto the table Ymir sniffed the pile of food, " This plate is mine, go get your own. "
Hissing Ymir sulked off with a troublesome glint in his eyes, unfortunately, Leon was too occupied with his food to notice.
Sighing as he finished his first course Leon was about to move on to his second plate when the sound of cutlery crashing stopped him. Looking over Leon saw Ymir running over to him with a chicken leg in his mouth, hopping up onto the table Ymir dropped the leg on Leon's plate.
" Where is that goddamn cat!! I want to skin it alive!! " Leon looked over to see a well-dressed man with long blonde hair and black beady eyes, the man's suit was stained as whatever he was eating had spilled all over his lap. " You there boy, is that your cat. "
Leon blinked as in an instant the man was less than a foot away from his face, " Huh, he's a leopard, not a cat but yeah he's mine is there a problem. "
" Are your eyes just for show, your little pet first jumped into my plate spilling food all over me, and then it had the audacity to steal my food. " Leon looked over to Ymir who had started to eat said chicken leg with an extremely pleased look in his eyes that didn't come just from the food.
" Well I'm sorry for his behavior and the damage to your suit, I suggest you have it washed before it's stained permanently. "
Turning back to his meal Leon was about to eat when his table was kicked over by the arrogant man spilling it all over his lap, " Oh my bad, I suggest you have it washed before it's stained permanently. "
Snickering the man was about to leave when a hand fell on his shoulder, " Hey. " Turning around the man opened his mouth to scold Leon but was stopped as a chill enveloped the entire restaurant, " You ruined my meal, you have to pay me. "
The man looked terrified as his knees started to shake, " You'll pay right. With that suit of yours, you can certainly afford it. "
