Capítulo 253: Safety
"Mother, I missed you," Desilva whispered as she buried her head in her mother's shoulder, long waves of black hair rubbing against her mother's shoulder.
Memoline looked down at her daughter, weary peach lips spreading into a smile. "I missed you too, Silvi." She gently brushed off Desilva and peered lovingly at her daughter's face, squishing her cheeks slightly. "It's been a while since I've seen you, have you been neglecting visiting your mother?"
Desilva flinched slightly before immediately shaking her head, soft cheeks rubbing against callused slender hands. "No mother, I could never," she smiled reassuringly, "just been a little bit busy lately."
Memoline chuckled lightly before glancing behind Desilva at Chalice who immediately bowed her head in greetings. "Good evening Chief."

totalnoob It's been a while, I know. I'm disappointed in myself too. I just started school back up and I'm flooded with so many things including my own mental state but that isn't an excuse for 2 weeks plus of absence. I'll try and fix it. I'm so sorry for being so irresponsible.
Also, I want to answer those people who find chapters about other characters to be useless. I am aware part of that is my fault because, it's usually a long time before we get back to the main characters both in plot-line and my update time. But every character in this story has some kind of contribution to the story. If they weren't important, there wouldn't be a chapter or more to them. That said, please, PLEASE try to be patient with me T-T because I don't want you to be so caught up in skipping, that u skip a big part of the plot development.
If the plot ever deviates from Dom and Boris please pay special attention because things from that time will most certainly come up in the future.
