Capítulo 102: EPISODE 102: Recipe For Disasters!
<Braviary!><Mandibuzz!>The Pokemons screamed as they set for a crash course on the earthly ground. The winds blew to the east, as the rain corrodes the land . Murky clouds filled the sky, as thunder came clashing by. The water in the river became violent as ever, while the flowers decay, waiting for the morning flower to bloom.
"Glade, we have to find Riolu and Petilil!" I uttered and suggested as the wind clashed to our faces.
"But whatabout Mandibuzz and Braviary? Shouldn't we help them out?" Glade uttered with worry and anxiety.
"You go save Mandibuzz and Braviary, I'll save Petilil and Riolu," I suggested as the rain slams into my face.
"Alright Kalem, we'll meet here once we find our Pokemons. Be careful out there, and remember... safety first." Glade uttered while trying to stand against the strong winds.
"I got it, be careful as well Glade! Don't get yourself into any trouble." I uttered while trying to stand against the strong winds.
Me and Glade decided to part ways, one shall go to the north and the other to the south. No matter how tough the storm is, we'll dance in the rain!
Gardevoir and I tried to take another look at the river. There were no signs of life anymore, bringing to the conclusion, Riolu and Petilil had fallen off the waterfall.
Unfezant and his crew began to look for the little blue dog, and little green onion. No matter how tough the rain is, they smile, stare and glide through the wind! Nothing can stop them, cause they're birds of prey!
Riolu was losing consciousness as it flowed through the violent river. She was hugging Petilil tightly, to protect her against any sharp rocks or bites from water-type Pokemon.
"Where are they!?" Zhery uttered with frustration while trying to set up a shade for the table.
"We have to find them Zhery, something wrong must've happened," Camellia suggested while worrying for me and Glade.
"It's their fault! They didn't ask permission from us!" Zhery uttered with frustration while clinging to a short shaft. The wind tried to blow them off the ground, but they remained strong and sturdy.
The Pokemons began to hide in our tents as the wind blew stronger. The storm was no deteriorating, it was accumulating and thriving!
"Come on boys, keep a keen eye on green onion and blue dog!" Unfezant ordered while looking for Riolu and Petilil below the waterfall.
The water was about to meet with the land. Everything was muddy but me and Gardevoir never gave up. We continued to search for Riolu and Petilil.
Riolu and Petilil have drifted away, to an unknown location in the deep and wide jungle. The moment they drifted ashore, Riolu lost his conscience as blood slowly oozed from his foot.
"Riolu wake up!" Petilil tried to wake the unconscious Riolu.
"Riolu, you have to wake up. I don't know where we are." Petilil tried to shake the unconscious Riolu, but nothing woke him up.
The storm was still raging, and Petilil knew they had to find shelter or else Riolu's condition would worsen. Riolu was not paralyzed, asleep, poisoned, or confused, so Aromatherapy won't work on him.
Petilil tried to drag the unconscious Riolu towards a nearby shelter made out of two stones in the side and one slanted log which serves as the ceiling.
Petilil looked at the dwelling storm and shivered in fear while thunders crashed to the ground. She had no choice but to sleep beside the unconscious Riolu and wait for the heavy storm to pass over.
Me and Gardevoir had no choice but to look for shelter as well. Glade tried to stand against the wind, but he was defeated. He was forced to wait for the storm to calm, but until then? He needed to find shelter against the angry storm.
Zhery and Camellia had no choice but to stay in their tents, Camellia wanted to search for me and Glade, but the storm was too tough. I was able to make fire through the use of sticks and stones. I was self-taught since I loved to play in the forest just like Camellia when we were young.
I started to panic about my dear best buddy, I promised to myself that I'll find him and Petilil and bring him back home.
It was already three in the afternoon, we haven't eaten lunch yet, so my stomach started to growl.
The storm stopped three minutes after the clock striked four. There were still murky clouds and clashing thunders but the rain has stopped momentarily. Me and Gardevoir continued our stroll to find Riolu and Petilil.
Braviary and Mandibuzz fell to the ground which injured their wings. Braviary tried to swoop up across the sky, but the wound on his wing would send him back to the ground.
<Pet? Pet>The Pokemon slowly opened her eyes and glanced upon her surroundings. Numerous trees were tumbled down while the soil smelled like yucky murk.
"Riolu... wake up." Petilil begged and shaked Riolu's unconscious body. Riolu's consciousness didn't return and his eyes remained snug.
Riolu's temperature started to increase due to the heavy rainfall. Petilil began to worry about the sick and unconscious Riolu.
"Riolu... wake up." Petilil begged and shook Riolu's unconscious body. Petilil felt Riolu's temperature increasing which led to fever and colds.
"Riolu, please wake up." Petilil begged one more time but his body was still unconscious.
Petilil decided to look for berries which could heal Riolu's fever. She learned a few things from Zhery while watching her make remedies for different kinds of sickness. All she has to do is to find the following, 2 Oran berries, 2 Pinap berries, and one Aguav berry. Even if Riolu doesn't like Aguav berries, he has no choice or his fever would worsen.
"I'll be back right away..." Petilil whispered at Riolu's ear and left the shelter. The hunt for the berries began, but what problems could she encounter? Unfezant and his crew are still searching for the both of them, would Petilil be safe and secure?
"2 Oran beeries, 2 Pinap berries, and 1 Aguav berry." Petilil kept reminding herself the ingredients needed for the remedy.
On a high and tall sturdy tree, was Unfezant and his crew. They were looking for Riolu and Petilil from the trees until one spy reported back to Unfezant.
"Unfezant, I found the green onion. She was strolling down the jungle but the blue dog wasn't with her." Swellow reported.
"Nice, good work mate! Come on boys, we'll have onions for dinner!" Unfezant uttered with encouragement and beamed through the sky with his crew.
Petilil didn't know where she was heading to. She just kept strolling, and looked for the ingredients needed for Riolu's fever remedy.
"Just keep strolling..." Petilil uttered with encouragement and determination towards herself.
While strolling around the jungle, she saw an Oran Tree which beared blue riped Oran berries. The tree was high so she had no choice but to use Razor Leaf.
<Pet! Petilililililil!>The Pokemon unleashed a wave of razor leaf and sent it towards the Oran tree. Two Oran berries fell down to the ground as a result.
"2 oran berries check! All I need is an Aguav berry and two Pinap berries!" Petilil beamed with joy until Swellow descended from the skies above!
"Hi there..." Swellow uttered softly as he landed on the ground.
Petilil got startled and alarmed. Riolu wasn't there to help her.
"Help me! Anyone!" Petilil screamed in fear as the menacing Swellow went closer to her.
"Don't worry little Miss Petilil. I'm not here to eat you." Swellow uttered with his menacing voice.
"No! I know you, you're the guy who helps the guy with a pink mask!" Petilil uttered with fear.
"Oh, you mean Unfezant? No, no-no. I don't work for him, in fact... I work for Mandibuzz." Swellow uttered with his menacing voice as the other birds surrounded the green onion in secret.
"I'm here to help you little Ms. Petilil. I can help cure your blue dog!" Swellow uttered with his menacing voice.
"Aha! You work for the raptor and unfez guy don't you? No one calls Riolu a blue dog except for your boss!" Petilil uttered with rage as her confidence was boosted.
"Gcck! I mean.... you know what? That's it! I'm running out of excuses, capture her boys!" Swellow ran out of excuses and commanded the flock to attack her.
The rain began to plummet once more as the storm started to accumulate winds and water droplet. Thunders began to crash down once more, as the soil turned moist again.
The birds circled Petilil and each one of them tried to dive through the air and bite Petilil with their beaks.
"Help! Anyone! Help!" Petilil begged as she tried to dodge the diving birds. Unfezant and Swellow also helped their crew out.
Petilil began to cry in fear. She was too scared to unleash an attack, plus, she was still not used to battling.
Unfezant tried to grab Petilil's body. Until a Pokemon shouted while gasping for air.
"Leave her alone!" ???
The voice caught their attention and Unfezant, together with his flock rushed towards the Pokemon.
"Well, well! If it isn't blue dog." Unfezant teased.
"Riolu! You're awake!" Petilil uttered with relief.
Even if Riolu was awake, his body was weak and feeble. The thorn was still stuck in his foot, and Riolu still had a fever. He had no choice but to combat two enemies, his self and Unfezant.
"Leave her alone!" Riolu shouted with rage as Unfezant and his flock began to circle Riolu.
"Riolu, you're too weak to fight all of them," Petilil uttered with worry.
*Unfezant used drill peck!*
*Riolu was unable to dodge because it was too weak.*
"Riolu, don't fight when you can't. Let me fight them." Petilil uttered with worry as Riolu tried to get back on his feet.
"Come at me one more time!" Riolu called Unfezant's name and challenged the bird. It was raining heavily and the thunders clashed through the ground.
Even if Riolu was weak, he still stood up and glared at Unfezant. The other birds watched from the trees while Petilil looked worried for Riolu.
*Unfezant used drill peck again! Riolu was unable to dodge.*
"Again!" Riolu shouted while trying to stand his feeble body.
"Riolu, you're torturing yourself! Stop fighting." Petilil begged and uttered with worry.
*Unfezant used drill peck! Riolu used force palm and tried to push Unfezant away!*
Riolu centered all of his energy and power at his palm. Both him and Unfezant tried to push each other. Riolu had a disadvantage since a cliff was behind me.
"Ahhhh!" Riolu shouted while trying to push Unfezant away. He ignored his wound and fever, he fought Unfezant with full strength.
Unfezant was pushing Riolu towards the cliff. He was stronger and tougher than Riolu but the blue dog never gave up.
"Riolu, please stop! You're hurting yourself." Petilil begged and tried to save Riolu from the cliff but the birds blocked Petilil. This was another Pokemon duel, a life or death situation for Riolu.
The two Pokemons continued to push over, until Riolu's body gave up. Drill peck pushed Riolu down the cliff but he was able to cling on the edge. His two arms is his only hope. If he lets go, his life would meet a silent doom.
Unfezant walked closer to the clinging Riolu. He had feasty eyes and a long devastating beak.
"Stop acting like a hero..." Unfezant whispered to Riolu's ears and pecked Riolu's hands.
"Ah!" Riolu uttered with pain but continued to cling.
"Let me go!" Petilil badgered at the birds. She watched Riolu face a deadly struggle.
"You're a strong Pokemon, with strong hands." Unfezant complimented and sharpened his beak with Drill peck! Drill peck striked Riolu's left hand.
Unfezant was about to hit Riolu's right hand, when all of a sudden... Riolu began to glow. Unfezant and the rest of the birds watching, including Petilil were shocked! Could Riolu be evolving?
"Ahh!" Riolu pushed himself up while evolving.
"It can't be!" Unfezant uttered with shock.
Riolu jumped back up as he began to grow taller.
<Rio! Rio! Rio! Luca- Rio!>The Pokemon stopped evolving!?
Riolu suddenly stopped the evolution process. His body gasped for air as he began to lose consciousness again. Riolu was about to faint, but he still stood strong.
"You stopped evolving!? Alright then, you snooze! you lose!" Unfezant laughed and charged towards Riolu with his drill peck.
"Ahh!" Riolu shouted as a whirlwind surrounded his body. Something big was forming, something powerful!
"What the!?" Unfezant got surprised at stopped his attack.
"Don't ever call me a blue dog!" Riolu shouted as the whirlwind surrounding him began to strengthen!
"Don't ever come to me again!" Riolu shouted as he began to float up to the sky. The whirlwind surrounding Riolu was gathered at his arm.
"Riolu learned..." Petilil was surprised!
"Tell Staraptor, I'll be coming for him!" Riolu shouted as the whirlwind gathered at his arm was released and sent towards Unfezant. Unfezant was pushed back by Riolu's new move.
"Riolu learned Vacuum Wave!" Petilil leaped and jumped with joy.
"We'll be coming back for you! Come on boys!" Unfezant uttered with pain and misery as he and his flock left the scene.
After unleashing the attack, Riolu fell back to the ground. Petilil was able to catch Riolu's aching body.
"Riolu..." Petilil uttered with worry as she placed his body on the ground.
"I'm fine Petilil... I just need to rest." Riolu uttered with relief.
"You learned Vacuum wave! Your trainer's gonna be proud of you!" Petilil smiled and beamed with joy.
All of a sudden, a thunder rushed down towards the forest and crashed through a tree. A fire sparked at the woods and it was visible from the cliff the two Pokemons were in.
"Oh no, Kalem!" Riolu began to stand up and worry about me. The fire began to rage through the forest as the rain suddenly disappeared!? The storm was calmed again but a new enemy rised.
"Riolu, Petilil!" I shouted with worry while watching the fire gobbling up the trees from the west.
Glade was aiding Braivery and Mandibuzz's wing, when all of a sudden, he saw the fire rushed through the woods.
"Hopefully Kalem's alright," Glade uttered with worry while looking at the fire from the north.
"Where could they be!?" Camellia began to worry while looking at the blazing fire.
Things are getting intense! From a simple training day to a blazing wildfire? What unexpected things could happen next? What will Riolu and Petilil do? Only time will tell as the journey continues.
