Capítulo 8: Inheritance
One the next day the whole Divine Ice Phoenix were making their way towards the Netherfrost Lake.
There were many ark ships flying above the sky with disciples who are aspiring to be the direct disciple of the Sect Master.
Many profound practitioners and Sect disciples were already waiting outside of the Netherfrost Lake.
Mu Huanzi stared at the sky and announced in a loud voice.
"The Sect Master has arrived!"
Thousands pair of eyes were now staring at the sky, a huge dragon silhouette could be seen behind the clouds.
*Roooooaaaaar!*
"It's the Saint Dragon!" A young practitioner shouted.
Many young practioners shuddered hearing the Dragon's roar and kept staring at the huge silhouette above the clouds.
*BAM!*
A huge Frost Dragon descended and landed on the entrance of the Netherfrost Lake.
All of the Palace Masters and Elders bowed towards the Dragon and greeted followed by the young disciples.
"Greetings Sect Master!"

"Greetings Sect Master!"
Xuanyin acknowledged the bow with a simple nod and gracefully stepped off the Dragon.
But as soon as she got off a male voice sounded on the entire Netherfrost Lake.
"Amazing! you really are something Xuanyin. right after arriving they all greeted you in unison just like a well scripted plot Hahahaha." Seth said while looking at the Palace Masters, Elders and Disciples bowing towards his directions.
*Cough!* *Cough!*
Mu Huanzi coughed two times and greeted.
"Greetings Vice Sect Master!"
The others were shocked and recovered right after.
"Greetings Vice Sect Master!"
"Greetings Vice Sect Master!"
Seth puff his chest out and raised his head high "That's good to hear, thankfully you also know how to greet your Vice Sect Master."
Yun Che who was behind his master couldn't take it anymore and immediately jumped off the Frost Dragon to avoid humiliating himself.
Xuanyin who used at Seth's antics completely ignored him and announced.
"Vice Sect Master can you please do the honor and open the Netherfrost Lake?" Xuanyin turned her attention towards Seth.
Hearing Xuanyin's request. Seth nodded and summoned a huge gale of wind towards the gate of the Netherfrost Lake.
*BAM!*
The closed gate was forcefully opened by Seth's wind.
The Palace Masters, Elders and Disciples were looking at Seth in horror because they naturally felt how strong those winds were and they surely know that they will be shredded into pieces of that attack hit them.
"The Netherfrost Lake has been opene Sect Master." Seth said with a gentle smile.
Xuanyin then turned her attention towards the disciples and profound.
"The Netherfrost Lake is now opened, the first round is for you to be able to enter the Netherfrost Lake and reach the lake side. along the way ice spirits will gather to the people who have strong affinity towards Ice."
The profound practitioners and disciples nodded and immediately tried to enter the Netherfrost Lake.
Seth looked at them and held on Yun Che's collar.
Yun Che glanced at his master and was about to ask if he should go already when suddenly he was sent flying towards the Netherfrost Lake.
"Aaaah!" *BAM!* Yun Che only reached half way and crashed down.
His entire body was about to freeze and he forcefully used his Evil God Vein to be able to walk through.
A huge amount of ice spirits were converging towards Mu Hanyi and Mu Feixue. Yun Che on the other hand was already swarmed with ice spirits.
Xuanyin sighed seeing this and glanced at Seth who was currently laying on top of the Frost Dragon not even caring about the event.
The first trial was about to reach the end. 5 disciples were eligible to take the 2nd trial which was diving on the Netherfrost Lake and the one who manages to reach deeper will be the Direct Disciple of the Sect Master.
The first one to dive was a disciple of one of the Palace Master he managed to reach 5 drops. while the 2nd one reached 6 drops. the 3rd one failed miserably and only managed to reach 2 drops.
It was now Mu Hanyi's turn he concetrated and dived.
2 drops..
4 drops..
6 drops..
8 drops..
10 drops..
11 drops..
*Swosh!*
Mu Hanyi resurfaced and smiled at Mu Feixue.
Mu Feixue was the last one to dive and she reached 10 drops in a short time.
Mu Hanyi was now staring with wide eyes at the lake and kneeled in defeat.
12 drops..
14 drops..
15 drops!
"15 drops! Mu Feixue is the winner and has the right to be the Direct Disciple of our Sect Master!"
As soon as Mu Feixue resurfaced many gathered around her and congratulated her. some were already trying to curry favor.
Unknown to be that a certain disciple was now diving towards the bottom of the lake.
Why haven't anyone noticed him? It's because his master used his wind ability to hide Yun Che and made him dive without alarming the others.
Mu Xuanyi naturally saw this but chose to ignore this two troubling making pair and told everyone to leave the Netherfrost Lake.
Yun Che was now going deeper and deeper. the deeper he got the more he understood the divine way after reaching 40 drops Yun Che finally broke through the 1st grade Divine Origin realm and was still continuing on his descent.
After descending for an unknown time Yun Che a female voice.
"I never thought that you will be able to reach me."
Yun Che wasn't surprised about the entity talking to him because his master already told him about it.
"Greetings Senior, this lowly one was tasked by my master to tell you that you should stop controlling others and that you should give your inheritance to me." Yun Che said awkwardly.
The Ice Phoenix chuckled and replied "I know, your master already told me that. I will now be giving my Divine Power. don't worry because your master already knows what to do after you inherit my power."
As soon as the Ice Phoenix finished her speech a overwhelming arua forcefully entered Yun Che's profound vein.
"I have already passed down my inheritance to you Yun Che. I hope that you won't fail me and sully the Ice Phoenix name." The Ice Phoenix said then suddenly disappeared.
Yun Che bowed were the Ice Phoenix was staying a closed his eyes to cultivate.
