CHAPTER 571

Immediately after Astrid and her mother finished setting the fireworks, they hugged each other comforting while waving at their people.

"Come, Astrid, let us return to your father," Isadora urged.

"Yes, mother." 

They took one last long glance at the crowd of people and turned away. They had barely walked anywhere when something shot into the sky with golden light and as it spread out, it bore the image of her father.

Astrid's jaw dropped at the sight. It was a beauty just like her mother's.

Her eyes twinkled with mirth as she watched on. Indeed this was a dazzle that one could not bear to admire.

"Who did this?" Astrid asked subconsciously.

"Who else but your grandmother has the power of the trident to?" She heard Isadora's calm voice ask.
