Astrid flew faster in their direction. She could not allow any harm to come to her mother and unknowingly, she came right where Marceline wanted her to.

"Eat your words, Draco!" She raised her hands and the next words that followed were…

Spirals of water shot out from under the ground and immediately flew into the sky wrapping around her. However, before they could close in, everyone close by got a grip of what had happened. Marceline had set a trap using her trident making it invisible.

So the moment she said those words to Draco, she activated it with her hand, causing severe pain for Astrid. This had further made her lose her concentration and it was easy to entrap her with the water whip traps.
