It wasn't like her own was perfect or anything but one thing was sure, she was willing to move out in the open and scream to everyone that she loved Blade and that she wanted to be with him.

She was ready to stand against her people just for that love, so long as he was ready to remain by her side.

But here they were acting like kids who fell in love for the first time that day. Since the girl was a noble, Astrid expected her to be tougher than that. She expected her to fight for her love.

They were adults for crying out loud! Hers didn't end well, but maybe theirs might end well and just maybe there would \still be hope especially since their problem wasn't caused by nations.

"Hmm…aawhhh…" she heard Kaia moan into the kiss. Not once, not twice but thrice.

Judging from experience, she knew it wasn't just the kiss that made her that way. As her gaze lowered down, she found the cause of the problem.
