Together both parties strolled into the room leaving the guards behind to talk to each other or do whatever it was that they did best.

As soon as Nova laid her eyes on Cullen, she felt her heart clench at the sight and did not know when her tears dropped, flowing down freely from their sockets.

Owen was the first to notice it and he could somehow relate to how she felt. It was how he felt when his mother was going through so much with her health, yet the man she loved the most was never there.

He had not experienced what it meant to fall in love but one thing was certain, he loved his mother dearly.

"Go to him." Nova looked in his direction and when she saw him nod his approval at her, she felt her heart leap in her chest for joy and she approached the sleeping Cullen.
