Two ladies sat opposite of each other, discussing. Both had a sense of elegance and poise in their mannerism.

Lady Erwina leaned forward and rested a hand on the table while the other rested on her lap as she stared into the unblinking black orbs of Lorelei.

"To what do I owe the pleasure, Erwina? You have been beating round the bush since you came here."

"Well, aren't you the perfect business lady, Lorelei? You already know why I am here. Why did I not hear from you all these while?"

"I am not obliged to report to you the last time I checked, right?"

"Good."

"I have helped Cullen."

"Then that is between you and him. Why bring me into your dealings with him?" Lorelei asked, feigning ignorance.
