Capítulo 5: 'Time Is Ticking'

"Thank you." She smiled confidently as another patient walked up holding his midsection, he's expression revealed the pain he was in. As a nurse wheeled a wheel chair to the patient extremely concerned. Saigen turned the corner hitting the glowing button for the floor he was heading to. He would calm down as soon as he could see he's sister. Knowing she hasn't taken serious damage to the assault she went through, earlier. That seemed to be the only thought he could think about all day. Always concerned about her welfare, due to the enemies he made daily. He believed it's the right thing to do, he cared about others, when so many didn't. He loved the danger, the thrill and the results after he completed he's goals daily. It gave him a boast of confidence, making him even more dangerous, with a short patience. He liked it, though he loved his sister more. Yet she knew the risk and agreed with him, a smile confident smile touched her lips as she would tell him. Someone needs to, this is a cruel world, it needs more honest men like you. He sighed as he gently opened the door, he relaxed as he watched chew on some ice chips. Turning through the channels looking for the history channel. He favorite station other than cartoons and National Geographic stations. Sometimes she even watched cold cases and other channels to help him out, if ever needed. He walked to the bed his heart felt like it had been glowing as soon as he seen. She's recovering well she turned to look at him, a smile brightened her face with a flinch. "Hey Sage, I'm glad your okay." Grabbing another warmed blanket he covered her legs and hugged her gently he whispered, "You should be more concerned about the low life who hit you." She pasted his hand hugging him back. She asked quietly, "Did you get him?" Saigen sat down and released a sign, "Yeah we got him, I'm pressing charges. Simon found him two blocks down while I was helping the paramedic. I needed to know you where okay. The video you recorded on your phone nailed him. The Sheriff got it at the moment you called him. Most of the cameras are out around the city other than in some locations. Strange though their in high crime areas, odd...especially with the electric storm as it increases power. I thought it was very strange...4 Even some of the equipment in the station aren't affected. Its strange is all...especially since those camera's have been down for twenty years. Now all the cameras are working, even received some emails straight the my account and the detectives in our department. Crimes that have evidence and locations, right off of the google maps. They all have a signature ASM. I looked into some of them as some of our detectives, its factual...everything. We've even seen lightning strikes upon the gangs in specific areas, and some seriously bad criminals. One of them we've been trying to slam for years. Killed them right on the spot instantly, perfect aim. Absolutely flawlessly perfect aim....I'm really not sure what to think...The Sheriff is acting....strange. Never seen him like this before. I'm still having a hard time taking it all in...the evidence and facts are absolutely right on, with absolute perfection. Everything we received is correct, even on a specific cold case." He's sister frowned lifting a brow listening to her brother's fascination. Her friend deepened speaking gently, "Hmm..Brother I didn't send a video. Can I see him?" Saigen looked up shocked by his sister's confession. He frowned going into to deep thought he lifted a lips with a deep calm to his voice feeling a growl in his chest. "Do you hear that lil sis? I hear Time is ticking."
