"Uncle Spinello is really looking forward to having grandchildren, Chan-Mi. Are you and Salvi preparing for one?" Maria suggested as she scanned Chan-Mi's paintings at her studio.
"I suppose," Chan-Mi awkwardly responded while standing behind Maria as she moved from one painting to the other.
Chan-Mi wasn't sure what urged Maria to come to see her at her office, but nonetheless, she welcomed Maria being friends with the Bianchis.
It had been over a week since Maria and her family came to Korea, and they meant to stay for six months at least. She had had dinner with them, together with Salvi and Spinello, but just the same when she left Italy, Maria was constantly chatting with her.
They have become quite well acquainted with each other.
That day, Maria suggested seeing her paintings. She mentioned how her family wanted to buy a piece, especially coming from the art prodigy.
