Capítulo 2: Chased by fish
I don't know how far I can go by wriggling my body. But, for the sake of becoming human again, I will try my very best. Even if there was no definite proof that what Sistema said was true or false, but right now I am very desperate. Desperate to become human again. Desperate to see the man of my dreams.
That's why before the sun peeks, I already speedily wriggled my body like crazy. For what I know, if I remembered correctly, based on my biology class about the mosquito. The current me was what you called a larva, the second stage of the mosquito eggs.
Aside from eating some green *ewww* objects that floating in the ponds, the larva could only wriggle their body.
If someone could only saw me like this. Maybe I rather ended my own life. This was shameless. What kind of deity was Sistema? Why she revived me as a mosquito egg? Why not butterfly instead? I wanted to shout! Argggh! But the truth was, I couldn't even produce noise.
While thinking of unnecessary things, I lost counts of how many wriggles I did as of now.
<150 total wriggle>
Suddenly Sistema's voice rung into my ears. Wait! Do I even have ears? I don't know. I'm not an expert on the mosquito. After hearing my total wriggles, I want to repute. Almost 1hour that had passed and I only able to manage that little. I needed to wriggle a total of 1,000+ in a day if I wanted to achieve my quest. This quest was a kind of torture for me.
Another 1 hour had been passed, I felt hungry and needed to eat. I needed to find some *Ewww!* algae.
Swim! Wriggle! ~~~
I'm like an idiot. Luckily there were many algae in these ponds. No need to swim far away. So after eating, I resumed my legendary quest. The quest was tiring!
Suddenly after many hours of wriggle, I notice my brothers and sisters at my surroundings flung their bodies rapidly.
Like a vacuum, some of them were being devoured by a big mouth.
A fish! I exclaimed. I don't know why, but I felt my life was in danger. I flung my body and wriggle fast and fury. I needed to escape! Luckily I'm not alone. The fish did not focus on me. Many of my brothers and sisters were eaten by the big mouth. Hahaha! I laugh at others' demise. Well, I'm used to be human so no need to feel pity at the cause of my death.
I tried my best to getaway. Luckily I found something, a drifting bamboo tube. I went inside to hide from danger. While hiding I didn't stop my quest. I'm still wriggling my body as fast as I could. Sistema said that if I accomplished my quest, she rewards me. I wondered what kinds of rewards she would give me. Now I felt excited at the same time. At least it makes me more motivated. No need to drown myself to sorrows anymore.
Later, while I was inside the drifting bamboo tube. I heard a splash of waters came from outside. I tried to peek and suddenly felt a chill and danger.
