Although his tone of voice was as gray as ever I could tell that he was genuinely surprised by my sudden odd request.

"Well ever since you came into my life I've had a lot of opportunity to think about the future and what I would like to do"

I looked up at the twinkling stars and said.

Markus was dumbfounded once again.

""Okay...don't take this the wrong way milady but I feel that I must ask. Are you really a 9 year old? Are you sure you're not secretly some 20 year old witch who only looks like a little girl due to magic?""

Markus looked at me as if he was trying to figure out one of the greatest mystery of life.

"What?! How rude! I am a bona fide young lady, as delicate as a flower"

I puffed up my cheeks and pouted.

""What "delicate young lady" your age would be talking about something like this?""

Markus posed a valid question.

"Well…I uh…"

I had to actually think about what to answer him with.
