Despite my overwhelming power and my high position in the clan as the one calling the shots, outsiders still see me as a naive kid who is getting lucky over and over again while trying to do good. While they saw my combat abilities, they thought that I was motivated by hatred and revenge as they didn't know that I was the one that created that situation.
As an almost 7 years old kid, I was considered a genius by all means, yet I was still considered a kid, at least I was treated like one when I took a walk around Konoha. It went to the point that some milfs tried to trick me into getting along with their daughters, but I didn't feel like it... My mind was set that I needed to learn martial arts! After exploding my arm releasing corrosive liquid to protect myself from Fugaku, Danzo started encouraging people to call me Voidne the Lizard before getting kicked out of Konoha... It was very disrespectful, because lizards throw their tail and run away~ But thankfully that name was blocked because anyone who used that name instantly became the enemy of the people! After all, how dare they call everyone's beloved Voidne a lizard!?
Speaking of which, I started training with Guy and Lee routinely 5 days a week. Not only physical training, but the basics also, such as minimizing the movements and making them effective, those were very important to learn. As I started working hard, the other kids my age soon were forced by their family to come train with us, specially the annoying girls that want me to marry them despite being flat lolis.
Despite all the training, I had so many conversation where I acted as a child and had no worry in the world, but I keep feeling anxious, that I need not relax, but work harder! This is why I started becoming less social and studying the Nara Shadow techniques. I kept fuinjutsu for another time...
I kept visiting Ino in the hospital, caressing her whenever someone is looking, and kissing her forehead for good publicity, I also attended the funerals of those who died serving the alliance specially those who were not born to huge clans, comforting their grieving family and personally handing the money to them. Everyone were speaking good about me, but it was finally time to grow my influence outside the village!
I went to meet the Hokage, and was given the priority to enter his office while Shikaku was there, and then I said as I bowed "Hokage, Uncle Shikaku" addressing them respectfully before I started with the topic "Our village has went through some turbulent times lately. We lost many talented people, uncovered that some of our allies were actually enemies, and we worked to the refinement of ourselves". But then I was stopped by the Hokage "It is just you, me, and Shikaku here. You should stop speaking formally".
I nodded and said "I will get to business. We have a lot of manpower, yet it doesn't have strong fighting capability, the whole program with commoners I mean. So I was thinking of expanding outward to the east!". Shikaku opened a map on the Hokage's table and then asked "How so? and where?". I pointed to the eastern boarder of the Land of Rivers and then said "If I remember correctly, Grandpa Sarutobi, you have struck a deal that you couldn't keep with the daimyo of the Land of Rivers right? The one approximately 7 years ago?". The Hokage was so confused, yet he said "Yes? Why do you ask?", thus I answered "We can use these lands to cultivate crops, I've been working lately on breeding different types of plants to produce more food. I am suggesting that we use commoners to farm at secret locations in the Land of River, and using constructing better roads connecting the Land of Fire and the Land of Wind through the Land of Rivers as an excuse."
The Hokage and Shikaku both tilted their heads and then asked "Why would we farm outside of our land and keep it a secret?" to which I answered "Because the food produced from the farms we will make in the Land of Rivers will go to our allies the Village of the Sand. Why? Because we are trading both money and untrained labor for trained Suna ninjas. They won't just appreciate us and hail us as their close allies, I am very sure with this, they will be of use when we need them the most!".
Shikaku slammed the table and then asked "Why would we need help? Is there anything we are not aware of?". The Hokage was also looking at me with doubt, but then I answered honestly "What we will get off of this trade is the unconditional support of the people of Suna. The workforce of those who live in Suna will help expand our farms but at the western boarders of the Land of Rivers. The metal refining techniques used in Suna will end up in our hands, and in case they obtained any information to our interest, then they will be more inclined to tell us about it, and..."
"And?" Shikaku asked, "I am planning to expand the influence of the village in the Land of Fire while decreasing the influence of the daimyo bit by bit until taking control of the whole land... The plan is for Suna to do the same, allowing us to annex the Land of River afterward to create a powerful alliance."
Shikaku and the Hokage started to think before giving me countless reasons why the daimyo powers shouldn't be taken by the village, but then I made the argument that the reason why invaders are able to pass into the Land of Fire is due to the incompetence of the daimyo, and it is also the reason why Orochimaru could come and go however he wants. "Once obtaining the power of the daimyo; administrating the land will be very complicated, this is why while we are doing so, we should train people to be able to administrate the economical and legislative side of the land, while the Hokage should be the leader of the military and the one who has the final say in the politics."
They soon started to bonder, but didn't give me definitive answer, they said they will think about it; so I left and continued about my day building the perfect social image~
