They had already killed all of the guards defending the area and also cleared the loots. And from the trace left behind by the battle, it was pretty clear that it was not a one-sided fight.

At first, the group was able to slaughter a lot of guards during the initial collision, especially when Arthur, Leonard, and Shiella reminded the group of their statuses within the game. And with the lead of these three gods, their advance was relatively easy.

But that only lasted for a few moments.

It was because of how powerful the guards had become after the first batch were killed. They had underestimated the combination of the boost given by the fallen guards and the buff provided by the room.
