The City of Dawn was not too far away from Rainbow Lake, only a few kilometers away. The journey also took less time now, due to roads being entirely constructed now.
The mountain roads were much safer too. The nearby wild beasts, magical beasts, and some dangerous, primitive tribes had been eliminated. Even typical civilians could travel up and down the roads.
If that was not the case, the fishermen would not have been able to transport their catches back. The patrol troops in the forest couldn't continuously keep their eyes everywhere at the same time.
William brought the duo to the Rainbow Lake. They did not encounter anything strange. As players who had never seen this world, they were very curious about the scenery. They were full of excitement towards the adventure in the Blackleaf forest.
When they crossed the hillside, a downward sloping terrain appeared. One could see a colorful lake adorning the green fields from above.
