"Find the captives and examine them, kill anyone who resembles and supports the Jade phoenix."
Fu Xiaoxing gave the order to his men and dismissed them all to carry his command. Not too long ago, he attacked the kingdom of the Jade Phoenix corroding the Wei Dynasty along with it.
"Fu Xiaoxing, you are a very wonderful king... Carry my orders and you shall fulfill the prophecy where the Dragon will rise above all..."
A woman probably his consort, Ning, appeared from his back.
"The Dragon Blade will always prevail Ning, I have already eliminated countless of members of the Jade Phoenix, what could go wrong?" He said as he moved across the room dragging his robe around.
"Tsk tsk. One can be too careful in handling this situations, Fu Xiaoxing... You maybe petting a snake in your garden aren't you?" Ning insolently told him off. She wants him to perfectly carry the plan in destroying all of the remnants of the Jade Phoenix.
"I raised my army too well, what snake may you be talking about?" Fu Xiaoxing angrily sneered at her.
"Yes you raised them TOO WELL... All too well, my king."
Ning smiled as her eyes glowed in bright red. Fangs showed on her mouth.
Meanwhile, Luo Na felt a strong presence emanating from her daggers. She stopped walking and faced at the southward position from where they are treading.
"What's wrong?" General Hua asked her.
"They're starting to move. We need to hurry." She replied and carried on the path that they are taking. Luo Na knows that his brother is being manipulated by a king that is also tainted by witch disguised as a consort.
As they walked with tall grasses surrounding them, Luo Na started remembering about things that she and her family would do when they were still alive and happy. While cutting the grasses, General Hua joined her in doing so...
"How much more do you know about the kingdom of the Dragon Blade?" General Hua asked her.
Still dazing, she continued to cut the grasses and ignored General Hua. He got mad in an instance and used his sword to stop Luo Na and get her attention.
"What did you do that for?" Luo Na angrily screamed.
"Trying to get your attention missy, you're in a daze. Are you perhaps imagining me naked are you?" General Hua leaned against her. She looked away and held her daggers close.
"You better keep your distance from me you geezer. I'm not like one of those girls from a whorehouse. You can take everything from me but not my soul."
Luo Na's blades met his and sounded off with a clank. She broke free from his grasp and continued walking on.
Wei Yue with his hands covered his mouth because he was about to laugh while Li An was flushed with embarrassment. She thought to herself that she was well disciplined rather than her superior. Li An then joined Luo Na up front cutting the tall grasses that hinders their way.
"No woman can defy General Hua like that." Li An said laughingly.
"He's very hilarious for a General, I think. Isn't a General supposed to be feared rather than laughed at?" Luo Na said while continuously cutting the grasses.
"I guess but he's different. He cares at his men rather than himself. I'm Li An by the way... I believe I haven't properly introduced myself to you yet..."
"Nice to meet you Li An." Luo Na replied.
Li An and Luo Na chattered and laughed enjoyingly while cutting the tall grasses meanwhile, at their back, Wei Yue continues to mess with General Hua after being told off by a woman.
"Hah! First time in the history you have been manipulated by a SHE. Muwahahahaha! Must have hurt your pride eh?" Wei Yue raises both his eyebrows. They aren't very visible at all because he has a head of a bird.
"Nothing hurts my pride my friend rather than losing my virginity..." General Hua just told off the funniest joke that even the girls at the front heard it and laughed.
"You already lost your eons ago." Li An shouted from the front and they all burst into laughter except General Hua who wasn't really impressed.
After miles of walking, Luo Na and Li An signaled that they are already at the entrance of a forest.
"Sire, let me investigate the forest first. The last time we let our guard down, you had almost died." General Hua looked disgustingly at Luo Na. She looked away with despise at him.
"Someone's having a lover's quarrel." Li An said with a low voice.
"I will go and investigate." Luo Na volunteered and yet General Hua still have doubts at her. His beliefs on loyalty, friendship and family had been shaken since he heared about Luo Na's story. She betrayed her own brother, so it would mean she would betray them too.
"I will go with Luo Na. Just in case, sire. She's a girl and girls are meant to be protected." General Hua's voice grunged asking his majesty to accept his offer. Wei Yue shook his head and had no other choice. Luo Na and General Xian Hua will go to the forest together.
At the entrance of the forest, Luo Na and General Hua felt a mystical presence.
"I can feel it. Something is up ahead." General Hua said. They both unsheathed their blades and went inside.
Looking from afar, Li An and Wei Yue saw them disappear. They had waited at a safe zone just in case the enemy might see them.
Walking inside the forest, Luo Na and General Hua saw serrated and scattered fragments of chi.
The green colored fragments came from the darkest area of the forest. They followed it and halted.
"Luo Na. Stay back." General Hua instructed her.
"No, you stay back." She angrily sneered.
But just as she could move in front of him, two pair of glowing red eyes appeared from the dark and a large wild boar appeared and tackled General Hua with it's tusks.
General Hua luckily stopped the boar's attack and leapt off and landed on his feet beside Luo Na.
"Of all things, I would like to enjoy meat for dinner tonight." General Hua taunted the beast and it squealed loudly that it can be heard from where Wei Yue and Li An hid.
"Is it possible that they had encountered the Boar Jade Spirit?" Li An asked Wei Yue. Wei Yue opened his eyes after meditating and said...
"Luo Na and General Hua isn't the only ones inside that is hunting for the boar jade spirit."
He said as he stood up using his jade staff.
"What?" Li An exclaimed.
"Trouble is uprising."
