Capítulo 87: Going to let another man touch it?

"She's not a noble. Her place is at last. Did you forget basic manners? How could a human sit on the same table with us?"

Not a noble? I step away from the chair, feeling awkward. Is this the beginning of the drama? His step-mother would try to harass me or something. I am at a disadvantage though, considering his step-mother can literally eat me if she's angry. 

His step-mother has brown hair and dark eyes, yellowish skin with a few wrinkles in the corners of her eyes. She looks older than Eli's father. Her voice isn't nice to listen to either. Eli's mother must have been more beautiful than his cranky step-mother.

Anyway, I don't like her.

"If we are talking about rules, should you be sitting there?" Eli glares at his stepmother "Father didn't give you the position of the main wife, but you are brazen enough to think of yourself as one."
