Matt lay down staring at the ceiling as he wondered why fate was like this. Finally when he had decided to come clean and gathered the courage to do so, Qian Qian had been away from him. It had been an entire day since he had heard her voice or seen her face. This was just not done. His heart felt as if it was being suffocated.

He tried calling Qian Qian once again but it remained out of coverage area. He dare not call Alicia again. She would probably give him an earful. Finally, late into the night, his eyes started tp close out of boredom and he had started to doze off on the couch when a slight noise woke him up.
