Austin smiled to the people in front of him. Austin planned to use simple methods but their effects will show later on. They are all from ideas from modern times.
"Okay kid you have our attention, we may have been looking at it from the wrong angle but I think if we sit together we'll be able to find better methods than yours." Said the Governor. She was able to reach her position with her wits and skill. Thanks to her the city reached where it is today. Austin actually was fond of this ability. He knew the kindness of most people in the Pokemon world.
"I don't know what you guys can think of but I'm sure it will definitely be more expensive than my ideas. On top of that the citizens can't be changed over night, so many options aren't available for you to implement. Sadly governor you and your office members also have a dislike for trainers. Every city-state has its issues and if the leaders also see trainers as monsters instead of heroes and soldiers... Then what possible idea can you even come up with." Austin was direct and pretty much made everyone in the room quiet. Although they might come up with the same ideas as him. It would take a while as even these people have hate for trainers.
An S-tank trainer gave austina thumbs up. Austin then continued," I will tell you my ideas and they must be done in a certain order to give a better effect. The first idea is simple, it is to bring back Pokemon schooling. Now the way to implement it is easy. You just tell the parents that the cases of Pokemon attacks have increased in this year. So you will teach citizens how to protect them selves by understanding about Pokemon. Under this white lie. All students will be able to learn about Pokemon.
We are not forcing them to become trainers but teaching them about Pokemon. They will be taught from age five to age ten. This will be absolutely free and can be given to veteran trainers as a job. Orphans who can't afford schooling can choose to enlist to be trainers if they feel capable and they have to go through the same ordeal. The cost part is easy. Their are several empty government owned land that perfect for the site. Each district can have there own school and this can be made mandatory to attend."
Austin took a break to catch his breath. He looked at the people present saw that they were shocked so he asked," what is the idea bad?"
"No don't misunderstand little brat. This idea won't cost a lot at all. The only cash we will be spending is issuing this as a mission for veterans. Even then it is much cheaper than we thought. If they are taught about Pokemon from a young age, then when they grow up the next generation won't have much hate with trainers. they will also be able to know how to act in the presence of pokemon and trainers. The positions you picked for the schools are also perfect. The real work is the curriculum." Muliere said then he began to discus the prospects with the governor who also seemed to approve.
Austin suddenly spoke and pulled out a piece of paper," I actually have the subjects to teach throughout the five years written hear. I also mention which books were ideal to be used. They can be downloaded from the web for free." Then he pulls out a small booklet and says," This is something during the year I was a trainer. I hope it can be made as acadia"s pokemon trainers beginner's guide. This can also be given to the student in the school. Obviously we can charge for this. It includes basic info about pokemon types and the most common pokemon seen in different areas in the city-states and outside the 4 gates."
This made everyone laugh this kid really wants that house, he came prepared. They looked over the courses and the governor added some things to the schedule and handed it to the head of the education department to organize. This meant that the first step to get his house was done. they were also surprised that he managed to compile this info. it was neatly written and even included warnings and advice regarding certain situations. although they had something similar on the computer, it wasn't as clear and concise.
"Okay I am interested to know what else you have to say." The governor was excited as the more people become trainers the safer the city becomes.
"The second idea is also simple. Right now the entertainment industry is what keeps the people's mind occupied. Then it's easy to incorporate shows regarding pokemon and trainers. For example, for sports we can host the Pokemon games which will show case the trainers ability to control Pokemon and fight. The winner will gain a certain amount of money. Also pick an actress from the trainers and make movies of how they overcome difficulties to save the city. " Austin proceeded to talk about different movie ideas from earth, but replaced everything with trainers and Pokemon. The sports portion was basically the olympics but for Pokemon.
The more he spoke the more excited the people from the entertainment industry got. This will make so much money and if they sell the movies to other cities the amount of riches is enormous. The governor saw the looks on their faces and knew that this idea was also good and the payments compared to the money made is negligible. This will also do something much bigger which is to give trainers a goal and reason to be stronger. It will show them that the city-state appreciates them.
This thought has come up before but as Austin stated they were too biased and didn't employ any trainers. The ideas Austin gave (stolen from earth) would make really good movies and also raise a trainers popularity.
"The best part about this is that we can also have a sub-profession to Pokemon Trainer which is a Pokemon Groomer. The most famous grooming practices are in Hoenga. If we pay the right price then this will also give trainers a field to expand in." Austin finished speaking. The entertainment Industries big bosses also looked satisfied. The S-ranks also seemed excited about this as they can also have someone style their Pokemon. This makes every S-rank trainers Pokemon look unique and easily identified.(not sure if this is a good reason but ya I like it.)
"Great kid, how about you leave this trainer thing behind and join the entertainment industry. I promise you will be rich and get all the ladies. Your talent was meant for this field." The man who spoke was the chairmen of industry name Greg Forrman.
"No thanks Mr. Forrman I'm satisfied with being a trainer. Plus I like Pokemon a lot and I don't really think they are bloodthirsty killing monsters." Austin said with a smile. This let everyone else sigh in relief. They thought they lost a future S-rank trainer.
"Austin you really are a genius. So what is the last idea you have. Don't worry that house is as good as yours." Muliere said to Austin.
Then Austin looked at them smiled and said, " I know that the house is mine. It is something I earned as I gave you money making methods and solved your issues in detail. Now the last method is simple."
Austin pulls out a pokeball and released it. "This here is the last idea." A Pokemon appeared and it was a dog type Pokemon. It looked cute two different color fur. Yes it was a lillipup.
