After she ran out of the room, she just ran and ran in the large hallways of the palace, not knowing where she was going, she just kept running.
She hoped that the pain in her heart would fade away. It was just so painful she felt like dying. It was unbearable but she can only cry.
Why is she so weak? She's so pitiful even her own brother would abandon her.
No! he will never leave her alone! He always loved her and he will always do. He would never leave her alone like this, he would never make her feel such pain.
She still believed that it was only a dream and when she woke up tomorrow, everything will be fine and back to normal again.
However, the pain she was feeling, whether it was a dream or not, it was just so painful.
Her pace gradually slowed down until she could not run anymore. Swaying, she stumbled as she tried hard to remain standing. She leaned on the wall for support.
Her heart was beating so fast and she felt her chest tighten.
She was gasping for air as she could hardly breathe. She clutched her chest from the pain but it's only getting worse.
Her vision was swirling and her head ached a lot like it's going to burst.
Despite her best efforts, her legs were giving away and she slowly fell down as she leaned on the walls.
It seemed so that she pushed herself too hard again. She was really pitiful and weak she felt resentment at herself.
Not long after, she lay in the floor helplessly and tears wetting her lifeless face. Her vision went blur until the darkness completely engulfed her and her consciousness gradually fading away.

Kira....
...Kira...
Kira
She heard distant calls. The voice is getting nearer and she felt that the voice is very familiar.
Kira opened her eyes and saw the familiar scene she always does when waking up.
Celes was looking at her anxiously but seeing that she finally woke up, she let out a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness, you're finally awake."
Kira sat up and looked around, ignoring her. She was at her room and Kishi wasn't there.
It seems that it wasn't a dream. Is she expecting so much? To think that she actually expected to see him after what had just happen. Alas, she only felt devastated as disappointment filled her face.
"Kira, are you alright?" Celes worriedly asked her.
Looking at her, Kira finally noticed she was there. She wasn't surprised though; she was only disappointed.
"Big sister..."
"Kira, are you feeling any better? You fainted just after you woke up from weeks of coma, Sychi asked me to carry you here."
"Big sister, how long was I asleep?"
Celes considered her for a moment before she answered. "After you suddenly fainted, you were unconscious for two days."
"I see...."
Kira looked really sad, Celes can't help but feel worried. She might not know what exactly happened, but she heard from the fairies that the twins got into some kind of argument and decided to broke up all of a sudden.
These past two days, Kishi acted normal as of nothing happened except for the fact that he hasn't visited her once and even slept in a different room which was very unusual for the two of them.
Kira on the other hand, had been unconscious and was having frequent nightmares and is crying a lot. And when she woke up, she apparently, looked so sad and confused.
Celes wanted to say something to cheer her up, but she did not know what to say and before she could even do, the door creaked and opened.
Celes turned to look at the door. Sychi came in and brought a cup of medicine for Kira.
Sychi saw that Kira's already awake but she also saw the child's expression that she only forced a smile.
She placed down the tray on the table by the bed, and she picked up the cup of medicine. She flew towards her and attempted to make her drink the remedy, yet the girl refused.
"Kira darling, drink this okay and you'll get better."
"No, don't want it. I'm going to sleep."
Kira laid down in the bed and hid herself under the quilt ignoring the two of them.
Sychi only sighed and handed the cup to Celes. "Very well then, go get some rest."
Celes was bewildered. "But, didn't Apollo said that she should drink this no matter what?"
Sychi looked at her then shifted her gaze to Kira.
She landed on the bed beside her and caressed the back of Kira's head as she hid her face on the pillows.
She said she would sleep but she's clearly sobbing. Poor child, she must have felt really depressed after what had happened.
"If she doesn't want to, I can't force her." Sychi spoke. "Kira is a good girl. Even though she might be stubborn sometimes, she is very obedient and is a good kid. She always had her reason and she doesn't like making hard for anyone."
"We just have to respect her feelings and if she says she doesn't want to, we can't force her right now. She will drink it anyway after she cried herself hard enough, we just have to be patient." Sychi said with an anxious smile.
Celes came to a realization and said none anymore. She placed the cup down the table then sat back at the bed again.
Staring at the lump in the white quilt where Kira hid herself under, she took the courage to ask. "Sychi, what exactly happened? Is what I heard true? That they..."
"Those are only baseless rumors." Sychi told her. "But I suppose, there was some part of it that is true."
"Celes, I 'am quite sure you know this already how much these lovely twins loved and cared for each other."
Yes, of course she knew. It was just so obvious it would be difficult not to notice.
It was the most beautiful she had ever seen. What could possibly more beautiful than their unconditional love for each other? But despite it being beautiful, it was also frightening.
They valued the other too much they completely neglected themselves. In their eyes, the other's value is much more than their own lives, they will be willing to jump into the fire if it's for the other's sake.
Seeing Kira's expression and those rumors that Sychi said to be partly true, Celes could not believe that Kishi would act coldly and say that he hated her. Unless....
"Wait! You don't mean..."
"Since you figured it out, I dare say that it's best to keep it to yourself." Uttered Sychi.
They would never cause the other harm or bring them pain unless they think it's for the other's sake.
Sychi does not dare speak a word about it as if it is a taboo, and Celes could only guess what exactly is going on.
From the looks of it, Kira does not know anything at all. As for Kishi, whatever his intention is, or what pushed him to go this far, Celes did not know.
She just hoped things will get better soon.
Apparently, it was only the start of summer yet the storms have already started.
What waits for them next? No one knows.
*
Sychi heard no sob coming from Kira anymore. She flew over her and peaked open the quilt. Kira had already cried herself asleep.
Sychi smiled worriedly as she gently wiped the tears of her soft cheeks with her little fairy hands.
This girl is always so vulnerable Sychi wished she was stronger. However, Sychi knew she cannot ask to much from her. She is only a child and it's natural for her to be this way.
She was only a half after all, and those important things she greatly lacks should be filled with the other.
Now that she would be surviving on her own, Sychi wondered if she would be able to.
