Capítulo 7: St.Clause is coming to town
It has been a long time since NiNi spends her time with Guan Xian, both of them busy with their own affair. Now that they have time to bond, NiNi felt happy as she hangs ornaments on the tree.
Guan Xian glance at his sister, she looks so happy just because he accompanies her decorating Christmas tree. Remembering the sorrowful cry he heard this past few days, he was very thankful for this Christmas tree.
If decorating a Christmas tree can make his sister stop crying, he will accompany her decorating Christmas tree every day.
"If mom happens to know what we are doing, she will send us directly to hell." Xiao Ni shook her head but keep doing whatever she was doing.
"Hell~a, speaking about hell, this house had turned into hell these past days. Sometimes I can hear woman ghost crying at night! It was horrible!" Guan Xian faked his scared look.
"Wei! It's totally normal to cry over a brake up! Moreover, your sister just experiencing getting dumped in front of everyone!" NiNi scrunched her nose as she speaks, pouting her mouth afterward.
"It's not like your brother never gives good advice to you, see what happen?!" Guan Xian arrogantly looks up twice, provoking NiNi.
"What so good about Wang Kai, why are a girl so blind. that man can't even say a full sentence, I probably died out of boringness if I date him"
Xiao Ni admires Guan Xian's ability to badmouthing her own best friend, she keeps note not to find friends like her brother.
"Heh, you just bitter because he took away most of your fans in school, and he was pretty fun." NiNi pulls out her tounge.
"He sabotages me! He sabotages me alright? It was a clear fact that I have more fans than him!" Guan Xian heartfelt bitter, Guan Xian has always proud that he has many girls go crazy over her.
He always flaunting to his little group that he has the biggest fans compared to them. However one day, he found out that Wang Kai who never even hang out with other people than their little group has his own official Fanclub!
Wang Kai that stone-cold man actually has his own Fanclub at highschool!!!
"Yeah, yeah, people say who sane succumbs. I after all, can't understand how crazy man's brain works."
"You two, what are you doing?" Mother Guan's voice filled Guan manor's. The voice was from upstairs getting bigger and closer as mother Guan walking down the stairs.
Xiao Ni and Guan Xian widen their eyes, look at each other before the panicky hides the mess they just made. "Brother quick, swipe the floor! hide the branch!"
"Guan Xian Ni! you... you... you..." Mother bites hard his own lips as she pointed her finger under Guan Xiao Ni's innocent face.
Under the big chandelier on Guan family manor luxurious lobby, there stood mother Guan's expensive bonsai tree, filled with Christmas ornaments.
Mother Guan has taken care of the bonsai tree these past few months, nurturing it with love. The bonsai tree is 8 feet long, has very beautiful shapes since mother Guan personally cut it every branch.
However, NiNi needs a pointed top to attach her bright Christmas tree, so she has modified the bonsai tree.
Mother Guan almost fainted when she saw the mess left on the floor. Xiao Ni innocently grins at mother Guan, pointing at Guan Xian as she put all the blame on her brother. "Brother said using real tree feels more authentic."
"Hey! I wanted to buy a real pine tree, it's your idea to use mother's bonsai tree!" Guan Xian refutes as he holds back his laughter.
"HUSBAND! YOUR CHILDREN IS BULLYING ME!" Mother Guan plead from downstairs, seeking for father Guan's support.
"What happen?" father Guan rush to downstair after hearing her wife's scream. When he saw the mess the brother-sister has make, he was dumbfounded, "How old are you? Guan Xian you are 24! Xiao Ni you are 22!"
"HAHAHA, mom relaxes it's not your beloved bonsai, we merely say it was yours." Guan Xian quickly explains as soon as he saw his father's unhappy face.
"Yep, we just bought it, anyway I think we did quite good." NiNi was satisfied with her masterpiece.
"What good you are talking about?" NiNi heard a familiar voice from the door direction, she unconsciously turns her head, finding three grown-up men standing in front of the door.
"Aunty! Uncle! How are you! I've missed you!" The shameless Ji Cun Xi grins like an idiot standing at the door, behind him, there are two other men, the cold Jian Jun and of course, Wang Kai.
"!!!"
NiNi eyes wide open, it was actually Wang Kai?
He still has guts and face to come, act like nothing happened between them?!?!?! His brother's little group is the real group of shameless people.
What is he doing over here? Not only that, he even dares to use wronged and pleading faces. Wei, she is the one who being bullied here!
NiNi sneers before she throws her head back to the tree, acting like Wang Kai does not exist in this world. Mother Guan saw every interaction between Xiao Ni and Wang Kai.
"Ah! Guan Xian why don't you tell mom you invite your friend to come over? Aunty Wen quickly prepares more food for them." Mother Guan said before she especially walks to Wang Kai.
"It's alright aunty, We have considered this is our own home!" Jian Jun and Wang Kai stare at each other when they heard Cun Xi's words. Technically, it was right...
But hearing Cun Xi say it out loud, no matter how it is, it was weird.
"..." Luckily aunty and uncle Guan has long customized with Cun Xi's magical attitude. They act like Cun Xi never said anything.
"Mom, when did I ever invite them over? It clearly they shamelessly come to freeload again." Guan Xian frowns, he already has the lowest position in this house, yet he also has to share with another 3 boys.
"Hey, don't you have your own family? Don't you know that you must spend more time with your family on this sacral day? Go home! Go home!"
Hearing Guan Xian has directly driven them out, Cun Xi pout as he shamelessly hugs mother Guan's hand. "Aunty, look at Guan Xian."
"..." He really treats himself as a house member.
"Xiao Ni, are you decorating Christmas tree?" Jian Jun ignore Guan Xian and Cun Xi's bickering decides to talk to Xiao Ni.
"Yep, pretty isn't it?" she turns to Jian Jun, smiling sweetly at him. Jian Jun replies Xiao Ni's question with a simple "Umn." before he walks towards her.
Mother Guan smiles at those two people interaction, her smiles grew even wider when she saw Wang Kai's dark face with the corner of her eyes.
Those dark like pot bottom face of Wang Kai was also spotted by Father Guan. He was especially very angry at Wang Kai for treating her daughter like that, however since their family has a close relationship he didn't really show his dislike.
"Hmm, Wang Kai I have something to talk to you." Father Guan said with a strict face.
Everybody knows father Guan wants to talk about Wang Kai and Xiao Ni's relationship. Guan Xian raised his eyebrow looking back and forth between his father's unhappy face and Wang Kai's straight face.
But then he spotted another person on the door!
"Hello everyone, Merry Christmas." that person said calmly with a gentle smile. His voice makes every person in the house turns their focus to him. Jaw dropped.
"Did I bother your family time?" he said smiling awkwardly as every single person on the house stare at him bewildered.
Guan Xian raised her eyebrow even higher, it looks like St.Clause is really coming to town.
Standing at the lavish door of Guan's manor, Yan Xi, wearing a dirty grey sweater smile awkwardly.
"Did I bothered your family time?" He said with a slightly anxious voice. He knew well Guan Xian's brotherhood, especially Wang Kai hated him.
However, two days ago Xiao Ni has especially requested to meet him, thus he gathers his courage and tries to defy death once again.
Wang Kai furrowed his thick eyebrow with the sight of Yan Xi, why did this cockroach appear again?
He only 'let NiNi' go for temporary, yet may man has to eye for her again. Damn it!
Wang Kai's frosty gaze was very obvious, even father Guan can felt the coldness emitted from the man's body. Yan Xi, the object of resentment gulped hard as he keeps acting like he was dense.
"Oh, Yan Xi, you've come!" NiNi exclaims excitedly before she approaches Yan Xi and pulls him. She walks passed Wang Kai indifferently like he wasn't there. "Come help me with the Christmas tree!"
Wang Kai, standing not far from Yan Xi, so when NiNi walks to Yan Xi he has expected things will turn out this way. Xiao Ni and her great temper, he can only sigh and enjoying the fragrant smell left by her with an aching heart.
However, that girl has touched another man's hand in front of his eyes! How dare she!
Wang Kai burning gazed fixed on NiNi's white hand lingering on another man's hand. He swears he wanted to break both of their hand at the moment.
"Aunty, Uncle," Yan Xi greet the only elders on the house politely they walk. "En, Good." Mother Guan replies with a big smile as she excitedly watches Wang Kai's reaction.
"Xiao Ni, what is he doing here?" Guan Xian said with a clear displeased written on his face. This man has caused harm to her sister, yet still, dare to show his face in front of him!
Wang Kai silently nods at his head, "Yes! Why this cockroach still alive? This cockroach deserved to die, he dares to touch his woman's hand!" However, he can only protest in silence.
Xiao Ni casually takes the decoration box, puts it between her and Yan Xi as she answers her brother's question. "I invite him, I have something to do, Yan Xi help me put the ornaments."
"Oh.." Yan Xi quickly takes out the ornaments and help Xiao Ni hang it on the bonsai tree. He can feel his back was being watched by someone, it makes him extremely uncomfortable.
"Xiao Ni, it just me or the room is getting colder?" Ji Cun Xi the big mouth, can't hold himself any longer. The 'I-Am-Very-Jealous-But-I-Am-Helpless' expression written on Wang Kai's face was tempting him to bully Wang Kai.
When else he can watch the undefeated Wang Kai being helpless and tortured! This is a golden opportunity.
"Ah? Really? Maybe it's getting colder outside." NiNi was not stupid, she can saw Wang Kai's vinegar factory has open again. But she didn't want to respond to it, she didn't even want being related to him.
"No, I think it's extremely hot, look Yan Xi's back is drenched with sweat!" Cun Xi, not wanting to miss this opportunity, laying his card one by one, he laughs mischievously as he stole glances at Wang Kai.
"Ah! It's true, Xiao Ni takes Yan Xi upstair to change his clothes, otherwise, he can get cold." Mother Guan excitedly cooperated with Cun Xi. Father Guan shook his head learning his wife's creative mind.
Whose mother let their precious baby daughter accompany a man to change his clothes?
Just when father Guan wanted to open his mouth to thwart his wife's plan, his phone rings, it was a call from an old friend thus he answers the phone and walks upstairs.
Initially, Wang Kai was not worried because he knew father Guan won't let Xiao Ni accompany man changing his clothes, but now uncle Guan has left he got no security assurance!
"Xiao Ni, I remember we just bought new clothes for your brother, now that I think about it the white knitted sweater didn't match your brother's skin tone. Moreover, your brother never wears a sweater, Yan Xi looks good on a sweater to give why don't we give it to Yan Xi?"
Guan Xian wanted to refute, he was clearly like to use a sweater, especially on a winter night, why mom creates such a lie?
However, someone who becomes more and more anxious opens his mouth.
"I left my old clothes in my room, come with me." Wang Kai said through his gritted teeth, walking apathetically to upstairs. NiNi lips twitch as she watches Wang Kai drapes Yan Xi's shoulder like they were a close friend.
"Hah? Why I don't know Wang Kai has his own bedroom here?" Ji Cun Xi blink at Guan Xian, suspecting that Guan Xian has play favor between them. Wang Kai has his room at Guan Xian's house, why he didn't have any?
"Guan Xian are you playing favor between us? why didn't I have my room here? why? why? why?" Ji Cun Xi bombarded Guan Xian with questions non-stop, even mother Guan starts to get headaches.
"Ji Cun Xi, can you shut your mouth? I don't even know that man has a room here, how can I answer your question?"
"..."
It was the truth, Wang Kai didn't have his personal room here, but since he often sleepover at Guan's family house at the past, he had left a few pieces of clothing at the guest room he often used.
"I don't believe you! you must have play favor, Jian Jun tell me did you have your own bedroom here?" Now Cun Xi has shifted his gaze towards Jian Jun.
Jian Jun shrugs his shoulder, ignore Cun Xi before he sits down on the sofa elegantly. Jian Jun quietly open the cookies on the table, take out a remote and entertaining himself with television. Cun Xi started to whine to aunty Guan, voicing his displeasure.
"...! they really treated this house as their own house!" Xiao Ni thought before she ignores them and starts to decorate the bonsai Christmas tree again.

Mother Guan, Guan Xian, and Xiao Ni initially think that Wang Kai was referring to the guest room he often uses. Never crossed on Xiao Ni's mind that he was referring to her room!
Many years later, she has bought this up to Wang Kai, she was mocking him being too confident, claiming their guest room as his personal bedroom.
That man glace up before he wickedly grins as she heard his low voice answers, "You are my wife, isn't your room is my room?"
"!!!"
