During that time, he has to avoid front confrontation as much as possible since this person's Mana Spells and even his amount of mana is completely on a different level.

Without the abilities provided by his Pathfinder during that time, he would not be able to save himself at all.

"It has been a while… I've never thought that we will be battling together for our planet's survival." 

Chalice still has his deep voice and cold aura as he greeted Wallace. 

"That's true. I heard that you went to explore the Northern Continent. I wonder what happened to you there. I can feel that you have gotten a lot stronger."

Wallace replied. He could tell that the man's power is well hidden. He is showing the strength of a normal Sage based on his mana capacity and control but in truth, Wallace knows that he's at the same level as the Grand Sages here.
