Capítulo 165: City S - Part 5

After that brief conversation with her husband, unfortunately, the talk about Xiu Mei's work status in the near future has been put into on-hold for now. 

Right now, she was here in City S to fulfill her duties as the President's secretary. Lu Qiang's request, both of them would have to deal with that once she gets back. 

Just as she promised, Xiu Mei had a short chat with Lu Qiang the very next day before she left for work. Thankfully, Lu Qiang's mood was way better than it was last night and the mother and son were able to have a very fruitful conversation.

After spending a quick breakfast in her room, Xiu Mei met with the others in the lobby while waiting for the assigned vehicle to pick them up to bring them to the meeting place. 

"Ms.Xiu, it's very nice to see you once again." The Vice-Chairman of the Zen Group uttered as soon as they met. The others were sitting behind them while the Account Executive and Albert Chen are sitting beside her.
