* Jesus Anointed at Bethany
- Compare John's account of "Jesus being anointed at Bethany" with that of Matthew [26:6-13], Mark [14:3-9] and Luke [7:37-39] What are the similarities and differences?
Summarise your answer in your own words.
- A preacher once asked this question "It is fine with us if Jesus was anointed with the expensive perfume, but what if, in our time we see it done for an ordinary believer/pastor, would we say that it's ok, or would we be saying it is a waste of money?"

1. Similarities: The are all talking about the alabastar jar of perfume brought by the woman to Jesus; Differences: (1) focus on the poor (2) focus the woman with alabastar jar would be listed on the account (3) focus on Jesus' who was told by Pharasees that he was touched by a sinner.
2. For me, it is not a waste of money. I think the woman did the right thing. She put all her effort how she appreciate Jesus during that time.
