Capítulo 4: Pure-blood and Hogwarts
Father: "Your name will be Lysa Estelle Devonshire."
Is that my name? Isn't it a bit too long? And Devonshire is a nobles house...
Dumbledore: "Do you have some Bertie Botts beans? I ate my last one before coming."
Mother: "Of course. We have some in the living room downstairs. I will take you there."
Dumbledore: "Great. Then if you excuse me."
And with that, this old man went his way. Mom also left the room after laying me down into the crib.
Dad longingly stared at me. Hanna reacted pretty fast and just gave my dad a push.
His head was right next to mine... it's scary. He is handsome but somehow his image was destroyed by the stubble and his untidy long hair. Mom is also a beauty so I have high hopes for myself. Regarding their nanny choice, I do have some questions.

I finally knew my name in this world. Even if I don't know how this world functions I at least have parents, family and a safe life... Or so I thought.

Somehow I made it to my third birthday without being exposed. I began speaking practise when my first teeth grew and perfected it at 10 months. My dad was pretty shocked that I could understand and even answer. My mom was proud and protective. So she did not tell any friends that I could fluently speak with 10 months. Walking proved to be a lot harder. I only made it by the 14th month. For that, I would be a late bloomer. And finally my third birthday. We didn't have to hide anything anymore and I was finally let out into the world.
When I realized that we lived in suburban London I was not exactly shocked or speechless, more like devastated but hopeful. That I was living in London meant I was on earth. But I now that it is still not the same as the earth back in my first "life". Since history is a bit different. But what can I even know about my first life earth? After all, I was seven and ignorant of the world.
My mom, as well as my dad, works for the Ministry of Magic. I found out because I wanted to know why both of them were absent from home so often. The then explained that they are currently in a pseudo war with some other magicians. Ah, did I mention? On this earth, there exists magic and a whole society around it. There are magic schools and magical politicians etc. It is crazy once you think about living in this society after the last two. In the first one, I lived in the USA in "peace" and in the second I lived in a fantasy world where the strong prey on the weak and in this, the third one I live on a 'fantasy earth' with both of the traits.
But what else can I do than just going with the flow?
I'll take that challenge of living here!
My nanny, Hanna, also explained a lot about our family situation, since mom and dad don't have time for that. It seems I was born into a pure-blood family. It means that I have the advantage to live peacefully. Different from normal humans, which in our magic society are called muggles. They're discriminated against.
And since I am a pure-blood it is set in stone that I will awaken my magic talent someday. That's what Hanna said. And when I turn 11 I will enter a magic school. Apparently the most famous one in the whole of Britain. Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Ah, and Dumbledore who brought my name that day is the principal or so it seems.
Till then I will be homeschooled.
Because of the monotone days. Time flew by very very quickly and then on my fifth birthday I had the brilliant idea to train my body like I did when I was the 'hero'.
