Capítulo 4: Who are you?
8 years later.
In a room riddled with Pokemon Posters and Pokemon Cards,sat a young boy reading a massive book...spouting hysterical words to himself.
"System,I didn't know that there were such marvelous things such as items which could be used to benefit your Pokemon in various ways like healing or giving a power boost.That's so cool!"
[Kylo,these items are just like the medicine in your past world;for example,steroids can give athletes a big performance boost.The only difference is they will suffer side effects which Pokemon don't.]
"Yeah,but I never learnt this when I watched the anime;Ash never really used these items"
[Well Ash is a bit of a dense blockhead.]
"You aren't wrong there"
Kylo thought to himself for a minute and once more questioned the System.
"Talking about Ash,when does the main plot start?"
[The main plot starts in about 2 years,when Ash turns the age of 10]
"2 YEARS!?What am I going to do in two whole years?"
[I don't know,you decide]
As soon as he heard the System's statement,Kylo eagerly got out of his chair and looked towards the window.
"System,why don't we don't try and catch a Pokemon?"
[You know your Mum and Dad are extremely overprotective of you;they would never let you go out and catch a Pokemon.]
Kylo showed a crestfallen face.
"But why?Mum's a Pokemon professor and Dad used to be the Champion of Kanto and Johto so why must they protest against me-doesn't the Pokemon blood run in our family?"
[Why ask me?How would I know?]
"You're a great help,System"
[Love you too.]
Kylo huffed a sigh.
"It seems like I'm back to the pocket dimension"
[It's not that bad,you get to fight with any Pokemon you want.]
"Yeah but I want to experience a real life Pokemon battle like the ones I watch on the TV;the battle seems so exhilarating and exciting,"another sigh escaped Kylo's mouth."Plus,most of the time,I absolutely destroy the AI team's Pokemon"
[What did you think would happen?You set the difficulty at a minimum of 10%.]
"Shut UP,System!"
While the System and Kylo were arguing,a wind of air entered the room and a loud door knocking could be heard emanating from downstairs-especially from the door.
"Who in Arceus is that?"
[Beats me.]
Julian opened his own bedroom door and made his way to the front door down the stairs in a very slow and panicked manner. Just who was behind the door? It couldn't be his Mum or his Dad;they were on a trip,researching about Pokemon.
The echoing of steps reverberated around the room as Julian crept to the front door with sweat pouring out of his every single pore.He didn't want to die.He hadn't even got his first Pokemon yet.
"Please be someone I know.Please be someone I know.Please be someone I know.Please not be Team Rocket.Please not be Team Rocket."Julian crazily chanted to himself as he found himself face to face with the massive black door.
Someone's POV:
"When the hell is that stupid old man going to open the door?He's making his own student wait-just how evil is that?"
The mysterious figure then thought to himself.
"Don't tell me he has gone on another stupid trip with his wife;oh ffs I give up"
The red haired figure then turned around and started to walk off until he heard a very loud sound behind him,making him reverse his direction in order to see a young face clinging onto the door as if he was a deer out in the open.
"Well,if it isn't the old man's brat"
Kylo's POV:
After prepping and calming myself down for a few minutes,I willed myself to open the towering door in front of me.I forced myself to believe that there was no one bad on the other side;that they were just friends of my stupid Dad or angel Mum.
"Come on,you can do this.They're not like the people who came last time,who bugged you off for a whole night just to sell their stupid potions;they're not like them...they're definitely not like them"
Julian's mouth shut once again and he shivered uncontrollably,that memory was a nightmare which constantly haunted him and allowed him to never sleep.
"AH,FUCK IT!"Julian shouted as he swung the door open with his eyes closed,waking all the neighbors in the process.He waited for the demonic chants to "buy one potion get one free" to fill his ears but all he heard was a sharp scruffy voice.
"Well,if isn't the old man's brat"
(He knows my Dad!I can trust him.)
Julian opened his eyes,knowing it was somebody he could trust and in doing so,a red haired man sitting on a Pokemon,which gave an impression of immense power and pride, came into his view.
"You're...You're...who?"Julian furiously shouted/questioned as he pointed at the man.
"How do you not know who I am,I'm the strongest and most popular trainer there is."the red haired angrily pointed back at Julian."Let me educate you,my name is..."
