Capítulo 13: XIII Rock and roll out

I spent a minute or two looking around on the inside of it before figuring out that the blood blades were the handles for the drisk's steering system. I started the engine of the drisk and drove out of the garage into the city streets. I drove for about 5 minutes before I was at the city gates and the gatewatcher waved to the guards to open the gates, allowing me to exit the city. I drove for about 3 hours before I could see the silver lake. It was very beautiful with a surface so smooth that it looked like a giant silver plate. All around the lake stood trees that were several hundred feet tall and about 30 to 40 feet thick and with silvery bark and leaves that appeared to be covered in solid gold. I climbed out of the drisk and approached the tallest tree and found at the base of it a flat grey stone saying "Beware the solid silver lake and the terrors that hide beneath its wake, but never touch the trees cloved with gold for they will make your heart stone cold". I saw this and decided to just rest in the grass next to the lake and did so for about 20 minutes before climbing back into my drisk and drove on towards the sapphire mountain.
