Capítulo 7: Chapter 7
I called my dad over the next morning to help me start repairing the house. I don't like my father but I do have to get SOME help from somewhere and workers are just too dumb for my likings. He agreed to help and he said that I will have to meet him at the house. I drove over wearing the same outfit as yesterday. We met up at the front of the house and started to discuss what we wanted to do. "How about we fix the outside first. Let's start with some New plants and flowers up front. Then we will rebuild the gazebo." I offered. More like demanded because my dad knows I get what I want when I want it. I'm not spoiled I'm just smart and strong willed. Firm on what I want.
We picked out every weed we could find and put fresh soil in to the ground. Smoothed it out and started to plant away some nice flowers and in the back some raspberry bushes.
We then moved on to the gazebo. We started by removing all the rotten wood, replacing the whole thing with new, freshly painted wood and finished adding our own chairs and tables in it. We painted the whole outside of the house as best as we could due to the height. We will need to hire some people for sure.
We cleaned all the windows and rebuilt the Steps to the front of the house. The house looked pretty but still vintage from the outside. We are going to do the inside tomorrow and the weekend because it will take longer then just one whole day like the outside did. Until then, we decided to pack up for the night and head home. He offered to take me to dinner but I refused. There's no way I would go out with him. Nope. Not happening.
