"Curing me? Are you joking Onii-chan! There is no way a third rate magus like you can cure my body!"
Even though Illya is loving her Onii-chan, but she didn't like when someone who are dear to her trying to lie to her.
"You barely able to use Gradation Air, Reinforcement and Structural Analysis, so there is no way you know how to cure people with a Magecraft!"
"Sigh Illya, who said I will cure you with a Magecraft?" Shirou said while sighing. "I will cure you by using my blood who have healing property if it was injected to other people, but of course no ordinary people can accept my blood in to their body. Because if ordinary people who doesn't have a strong body have my blood inside their body the body of them will be exploded. But because you body is a special one, I think your body will ne strong enough to accept my blood."
Shirou lying of course about his blood that will make ordinary people exploded if their having his blood. But because Shirou cannot thing other reason to tell to Illya he can only telling Illya with a spontaneous lies that he got from the manga he read in the library.
"A blood with a healing properties? That was the most stupid thing that I ever heard from you Onii-chan!" Illya said with a tears in her eyes. "Please don't give me a false hope by saying something like that Onii-chan!"

"I won't give my imoutou a false hope you know," Shirou said with a sigh after he heard Illya reaction when he telling a truth. "You are one the most important person for me Illya, so there is no way that I will give you a false hope."
Shirou then taking out the injection that he already filled with his blood and giving it to Illya.
"Illya this injection with my blood on it have a power to cure your condition, but I don't want to force you to injecting it to your self. So everything it's up to you if you want to be a normal human then this injection is the easiest solution that you can get but if you still doesn't believe me don't inject it."
Seeing Shirou serious look and hearing his sincere words, Illya feel very confused. In one side she want to believe Shirou words because she knew that Shirou will never do something bad to her while on the other side she had a big doubt about Shirou blood that he said have a healing properties, because that kind of thing even though exist in the moonlite world, but it's very rare.
But after Illya thinking about it for a while she knew that she will die in a year or two if she didn't find a cure for her condition and if taking Shirou blood will cure her then she got a jackpot even if she taking a blood and her condition is still the same then she doesn't have a loss on anything.

Illya then made a decision, she will inject herself with Shirou blood. She knew that her decision was a bit reckless because she doesn't know the effect of Shirou blood to her body. But She doesn't care, because Illya knew that even if she will die because of Shirou blood it doesn't change anything, with the time limit that her body have die sooner or die later will not make any different except for her brother will be very sad because of it.
"Onii-chan I will take your blood and injecting it into my self, even though I have a big doubt that your blood will cure me or not. But because I will not have any loss by injecting my self with your blood I will take any risk that appear by taking your blood inside my body!"
Without waiting Shirou to react to her decision Illya then take the injection and injecting it to her body. Right after she injecting Shirou blood to her body, the effect was instant, because right now Illya can feel a change on her body. Illya can feel a pain on all part of her body, and the first change that happen was her arm and leg became a bit longer and her breast also bulging a bit. Her face became a bit mature and her pale skin having more tone on it but the biggest change was a part of hair became black like the hair of her father.

For the first time in more than a decade, Illyasviel von Einzbern feel her body really healthy. All this time even though she have an enourmous amount of mana her stamina and body strength is very weak. So she cannot doing an outdoor activity to often. But finally Illya can feel her body finally became normal, having more stamina and the most important is her body can grown, after she stuck at the ten years old body for more than eight years.
"Wow, it look like my body really are curing your body and making it healthy," Shirou said with a blushing face because he was charmed by Illya new look. "Not only that, your look is having a 180 ° transformation even though you still a legal loli but atleast right now you more like a middle schooler rather than a grade schooler."
"Mou Onii-chan! Please don't tease me like that!" Illya said while hitting Shirou chest. "You make blushing you know!"
Illya then looking at her new look in the mirror, even though her new look are didn't like what she wanted. But atleast right now she didn't look like a ten years old kid anymore. And Illya feel really sure that if she wait for a couple years then her look can became like her mother who have a goddess beauty.
"Thank you Onii-chan!" Illya said while hugging Shirou body. "Thank you for saving me from my demise!"

When Illya hugging his body with her new body than a bit erotic even though she is still a loli, of course Shirou feel really happy because he is a normal seventeen years old boys. But Illya hugging his body not at the right time because when Illya hugging Shirou, Saber and also Rin was opened the sliding door of Illya room and seeing Illya and Shirou in a hugging position.
"Emiya-kun! Who is that girl! And why did you hugging her!" Rin shouted with a tick mark appear on her forehead while her face is smiling but the smile on her face look really scary.
"So Shirou, because you didn't satisfied with only me, Rin, Sakura and also Illya you trying to cheating and have an affair with another girl that weirdly look like an older version of Illya!" Saber shouted with her armor suddenly replaced the casual clothes that she is wearing and the tora shinai suddenly appear in her left hand (Tora shinai suddenly appear was for comedic purpose so don't think about it too seriously!) "Prepare to be punished Shirou!"
Shirou is gulping, and try to say a word to explain that the girl who hugging him was the cured Illya. But weirdly he cannot open his lips at all, and while Saber and Rin getting close to him Shirou can see Acher standing behind Rin and Saber while smiling at him with an evil smile on his faces with a glue in his right hand. With that clue Shirou realized that Archer was the one who close his mouth with a glue silently so he cannot open his mouth at all.

Illya put Shirou head at her lap, and patting his head who are have a lump because the attack from Rin and Saber who still look angry at him even though Illya already explain to both of them that she is the who hugging her and why did her body have a very drastic change that make both of then cannot recognize her.
'Damn Archer! Your past self pranking me and make my body beating up by Rin and Saber!' Shirou said inside his mind.

[And if you thinking why did your wound didn't heal as fast as usual that was because I control the Nano Machines to make your body have a nornal healing rate so Rin and also Saber didn't feel suspicious to you. Because the abnormal healing rate of Nano Machines that combined with Avalon inside your body is too OP!]
