Capítulo 6: Achieving It All
(5 YEARS LATER....)
Y/N POV~
"Oh mom I miss you too! I will visit once my vacation starts! And this time bring you here with me!" I said to mom as we spoke through skype. I really wished mom would be here with me all the while but that wasn't possible now that I have shifted to Australia.
Author POV
Yes! You shifted to Australia after teaching for two years in your own school. You did apply for a job in many different universities and got lucky enough to get a job there. You always planned to shift to a foreign country after completing your education but first got some experience in your own country itself. And it all went as planned. It had been almost 3 years now, and you are well settled in Australia. You teach in a very good University. It paid you enough to use it for yourself and also send some to your mother. Your brother was working too and earned well.
You lived alone in a house you bought yourself. You also made a few friends out there with whom you spent time and had fun. Y'all travelled places and enjoyed yourselves. In all, everything was going as you planned in life. You were pretty content with all of it.
When ever you visited home, you made sure you spent time with family and friends. You would meet your close friends, eat, drink, gossip and laugh out loud. Whenever you met family members, they would ask you about plans for marriage. Since you were well settled now but as usual, you ignored. Made excuses and dodged those questions.
You earned well, but still not enough to get all the luxuries you wished for. So you continued to work hard and keep going. Hoping one day you'll achive it all. Yes sometimes, just sometimes you felt the need of having someone special in life, someone who loved you and more than anybody. But then you'd realize you have yourself and that's enough.
Life went on. You kept working working hard and giving your best. But then, suddenly, things took an unexpected turn.
