Happy seized the bargaining chip that was Dragon Sect's elite Teacher, along with the hidden, unstable element that was Barren Murderer, and held the reigns of the conversation tightly in his hands, causing Dream Clouds, who wanted to seek justice for the three hundred or so people who died, to be unable to do anything about the situation. 

Because neither of them had publicly turned complete enemies against each other. 

Dream Clouds also did not want to accuse Happy that he already knew that Teacher and the others from Dragon Sect had joined them. 

But Happy had declared that he went over to the branch to seek revenge from Teacher.
