Capítulo 8: chapter 8 - mingling at a party
yes i know, i know, mingling,... ugh who likes that right? lol
what subjects do you want to talk about??? do not prepare for it although some thoughts and expectations are allowed haha.
what i do is firstly i address the person and take his or her vibe and look in... if she looks nice with a nice blouse i would ask her where she got it from. if her hair looks pretty i might ask her where she goes for hair cuts and etc. for guys i am a bit more careful and reserved.... i like girly stuff but i am still interested if the guy wants to talk about sports.
next up, pay attention to the person's body language and facial expression.... if they appear stressed, excuse yourself to go talk with someone else,... but before that ask if they're okay. if they are smiling then i guess that is a good sign.
after the usual pleasantries, the sky is the limit about what you two can talk about.... you could be curious about his fashion so you might ask him how would he describe his style.... you might talk about the weather or the food, you might even talk about paper plates and cups,- the choice is yours.
