The Sioux man prepared himself, he threw down his bow and started to run at Lilith with the spear tip pointed directly into Lilith's head. Lilith slightly smiled as her opponent was running into his death, she made a quick side-step throwing any chance of the spear hitting her to a zero. She claws at the side of the man and even ripped a bit of flesh out, the man didn't cry in pain which made Lilith a little bit happy. She grabbed the Wolfshead blade on her back and stabbed the man in his back, making the man fall and dead to the ground, Lilith pulled out the sword and walked back to the others. "What are you doing?! You could make your escape now!" shouted the voice in her head, she ignored the voice and transformed back into her human self.
The old scout and young apprentice were disturbed by the scene that was created by Lilith before she made it halfway towards the two, her head started to get dizzy and dizzy, her vision blurred and before she knew it, she collapsed once again.
Bergan was in completely perplexed by the young lady's actions, she had saved both of their lives from poisonous arrows but she had also killed the Sioux man with ease. He didn't know how to cope with this...beast that rested inside of the young lady, he ordered his scout to prepare the horses and that they would be riding off by night whether it was safe or not. The Sioux tribe were dangerous people, wildmen who kill travelers, it was also known that the Lyssia Woods was the most dangerous forest in the Ivory Nexus besides the Dyrewoods that contained a dangerous serpent. The young apprentice had gotten the horses ready and was kicking the Earth's soil onto the burning woods, breaking the flames and its path. Bergan picked up the young lady and placed her on the back of his horse, the young apprentice mounted on top of theirs while the old scout had to firmly tighten the ropes that were attached to the young girl's body.
"Master...what are we going to do with her?" the apprentice asked, she paused for a moment before she said, "Are we going give her to them?"
The old scout had stopped in his tracks, the thought of giving the young girl to the kingdom would tarnish the reputation that Brackenholme has and it would be the great betrayal to the girl, after all, she did save them.
"No," the old scout's voice was stern. "We're not."
He mounted his horse and started to ride into the night, his apprentice followed beside him. I'll be damned if we ever give the girl to the king, that king will pay sooner or later, thought the old scout that was in deep thought of how to explain it to his Lord. His trip with his apprentice was only to understand and use survival tactics when they might have to be in the wild for a while, not to be encountered with a beast and be attacked by Sioux. He was grateful that the girl had risked her own to save the two but he couldn't help it but be scared of the girl, she was at her core, a monster, something that either she knew or not. His apprentice stopped and the old scout finally stopped pondering in his thoughts, they had already arrived at Brackenholme or at least the main path of Brackenholme. The old scout nodded and they continued to on their way, only the old king knows what will happen next.
