Jingze rushed through the main door to the first officer he saw. "Hello, I'm here to see my parents."

The officer clicked on his mousepad and looked up. "Who are your parents?" And he returned his attention on his computer to search.

"Old... Mr and Mrs Xing."

The officer looked up at Jingze one more time and had the urge to ask, what was wrong with his family? But held back, searched for the floor they might be and placed a call over to the floor. 

After a while, he looked up at Jingze. "Your parents are refusing to see anyone."
