Capítulo 1952: Swift karma (1)

Later that day…

"Kaia, dear, lunch is ready…", Kaia's mother called from the hallway.

Kaia groaned into her pillow before answering: "I'll be there in a minute!"

She didn't want to get out of bed. She managed to sneak out of the hotel with Bryn and the two of them parted ways to head home.

Kaia got into her room without bumping into her parents and she swiftly changed from the evening dress into a t-shirt and jeans, just in time to hear a knock on the door. It was her mother. She heard Kaia coming in, but she didn't see her, so she came after her to check if she imagined the footsteps as Kaia and her father should both be at work.
