Mr. Heine was waiting for the valet to get his car, when he was approached by two security guards.
"Mr. Heine?" One guard asked.
He nodded reluctantly.
"Please, follow us this way…"
He wanted to ask where are they taking him and what for, but two more bulky men stood next to him and he walked with them obediently without making a sound.
Mr. Heine sighed internally. There used to be a time when he would look at these people sternly and demand an explanation, but since Julia's crimes were exposed and he lost everything, he lost his confidence as well. He is convinced that even if he shouts for help, no one will help him because he is a nobody.
…
In the study…
Mr. Heine paused when he saw Ron and Zula sitting on the sofa.
After a small nod from Ron, the security guards left the study and closed the door to give them privacy.
Ron gestured to the sofa chair, and his father took a seat.
